In our holiday homes you will experience a relaxed holiday with a good infrastructure in the surrounding area. The wooden holiday homes all have a green roof and are at ground level. They have a comfortably furnished living room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove, covered south-facing terrace with a view of the fields, 2 bedrooms (6 houses with 1 double bed/2 single beds,6 houses with triple beds/double bed/single bed) and shower room. Double bed/single bed) and shower room. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Many small items such as toilet paper, dish tabs, filter bags and tea lights are provided for you. Laboe and Schönberg/Baltic Sea are 8 km away. The beach in Stein is 5 km away. The holiday homes are idyllically situated on the outskirts of the village diagonally opposite our farm and pony farm in Prasdorf, in the heart of the Probstei, on the Bay of Kiel. There are well-developed cycling and hiking trails, fishing opportunities in the Baltic Sea and in the surrounding lakes. You can surf, sail, paddle, swim or simply walk along the beach. You can relax and your children can go horse riding with us at any time of the year, and you can even take your dog with you.
Even in bad weather there are many possibilities ( bathing paradise Weissenhäuser Strand, boat trips from Kiel or Laboe, local history museum Molfsee) and our cosy holiday homes with fireplace always invite you to stay.

Location and surroundings of object
The 12 wooden holiday homes in Danish style are situated on a separate meadow close to nature on the outskirts of the village diagonally opposite our farm and directly next to a pony paddock. The houses are arranged in 2 small rounds. From the covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the surrounding fields.
You can relax very well in the cosily furnished houses thanks to the quiet location, enjoy holidays like in Denmark while your children ride with us or play on the farm. But the holiday homes are also an ideal centre for excursions into the nearer or further surroundings in all directions. Prasdorf is located in the middle of the Probstei and is a small agricultural village. From here you can reach several beaches (Laboe, Schönberg) by car in 10-15 minutes. The Baltic seaside resort of Stein is only 5 km away. In addition, the Probstei and the district of Plön are a paradise for cyclists.
Prasdorf is a little off the beaten track and has a beautiful little valley where, in addition to kingfishers, black storks have been spotted several times. Small footpaths invite you to go for a walk and a well-kept, special farm café invites you to a nice coffee hour.
Less than 2 km away in Probsteierhagen there is a hedge garden with a mini-golf course and a restaurant. There is also a café in the immediate vicinity of the church.

Wir sind verpflichtet, uns die Einnahmen aus einer anderweitigen Belegung und, soweit diese nicht möglich ist, ersparte Aufwendungen anrechnen zu lassen. 5.4. Nach den von der Rechtsprechung anerkannten Prozentsätzen für die Bemessung ersparter Aufwendungen, hat der Gast, bzw. der Auftraggeber an uns den folgenden Betrag zu bezahlen, jeweils bezogen auf den gesamten Preis der Unterkunftsleistungen (einschließlich aller Nebenkosten), jedoch ohne Berücksichtigung etwaiger öffentlicher Abgaben wie Fremdenverkehrsabgabe oder Kurtaxe: o Bei Ferienwohnungen/Unterkünften ohne Verpflegung 90% 5.5. Dem Gast/dem Auftraggeber bleibt es ausdrücklich vorbehalten, uns nachzuweisen, dass unsere ersparten Aufwendungen wesentlich höher sind, als die vorstehend berücksichtigten Abzüge, bzw. dass eine anderweitige Verwendung der Unterkunftsleistungen oder sonstigen Leistungen stattgefunden hat. Im Falle eines solchen Nachweises sind der Gast, bzw. der Auftraggeber nur verpflichtet, den entsprechend geringeren Betrag zu bezahlen. 5.6. Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung wird dringend empfohlen. 5.7. Die Rücktrittserklärung ist ausschließlich an uns, nicht etwa an eine örtliche Tourismusstelle zu richten und sollte im Interesse des Gastes schriftlich erfolgen.

There are many leisure activities in our vicinity, not least because Kiel is only 20km away.
On the Baltic Sea there are surfing and sailing schools also near us On request we rent bicycles for you. The conditions for cyclists are ideal in the whole area and well signposted. It is very nice to cycle along the dyke and via our small Probsteier villages on detours back.
