Discover the idyllic tranquility and comfort of our holiday apartment. Spanning 140 square meters, this vacation home accommodates 4 guests. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping arrangements can be arranged in the living room. The apartment extends over 2 floors. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a bathroom (including shower, toilet, corner bathtub with whirlpool function) and an open living room (gallery) with TV. On the ground floor, there is a hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (including shower, toilet, washing machine), a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a large living room with TV and access to a private terrace (including grill and garden furniture). Parking space available. Landlord lives in the house, but separate entrance. For families with small children, a travel cot and high chair are available, and the entire apartment is designated as a non-smoking area to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Free Wi-Fi is also available, and there is a covered parking space for your vehicle in the courtyard.
No pets allowed, as we have a dog ourselves. (Alfred does not have access to the holiday guests' terrace.) ) Additionally, we also have a few chickens, so breakfast eggs are secured ;-).
Long-term rentals are possible, allowing you to opt for extended stays. Possible discount for bookings from 7 nights.
