The property features two bright and welcoming bedrooms, each with a double box spring bed from the renowned Schramm brand, designed to help you relax and unwind. Each room is thoughtfully furnished, providing all the necessary comforts for restful nights. The large windows offer wonderful views of the surrounding area, while allowing plenty of natural light to fill the rooms. Additionally, there are two modern bathrooms, both with walk-in showers to the highest standards, one of which features an infrared shower.
The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living area, featuring a high-quality SieMatic kitchen and a stylish dining area. Here, you can prepare culinary delights and enjoy them together at the dining table. The cozy living area, complete with a sofa, Smart TV, and ethanol fireplace, invites you to spend relaxing evenings. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and reflect on the day.
Many of the premium furnishings come from the Bornhold Manufaktur in Hamburg and were custom-made. Brands like Schramm, ASCO, Jacaranda, Christine Knöcke, and VIPP reflect the high standards and quality of this vacation apartment.
The rooftop terrace is another highlight of this dream apartment. Here, you can relax under the open sky, breathe in the fresh North Sea air, and enjoy the view. Garden furniture offers the perfect place to recline and soak up the sun.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome, as pets are warmly invited. After a long walk, there is a dog wash station in the building's basement for your pet. You can securely lock up your bikes, whether brought or rented, in the basement. For our younger guests, a baby cot with a mattress and a high chair are available (please book in advance).

Location and surroundings of object
List, the northernmost village in Germany, is located on the island of Sylt and offers a picturesque setting for our vacation apartment. The village is known for its thatched Frisian houses, which blend harmoniously into the landscape. The surrounding area is characterized by dune landscapes, long sandy beaches and the Wadden Sea, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Lister harbor is a central point of the town and offers a maritime ambience with fish restaurants serving fresh oysters and freshly caught fish. Ferries to the Danish island of Rømø also depart from here. The region around Lister Ellenbogen, a headland in the north, offers pure nature between dunes and lighthouses. The beaches are ideal for swimming and walking, with the west beach known for its surf waves. A special highlight is the shifting dune, which moves at a speed of seven meters per year. The Forces of Nature Experience Center offers exciting insights into the forces of nature that shape the island on an exhibition area of 1,500 m².

Dear Team at Port 54, we were guests at your accommodation a week ago and would like to provide you with some brief, constructive feedback. We noticed a lot of positive aspects, however, there are a few points where we believe improvements are needed to make the stay more pleasant for future guests: Entrance area & front door: Unfortunately, the front door is very stiff and then always slams shut with a lot of force and noise. Additionally, the large plant in the entrance of the apartment looks unkempt and is simply too big for the space. This somewhat dampens the first impression upon arrival. Safety/Coat rack: The coat rack on the wall is not properly screwed in. We had it loose in our hands several times during our stay – it should be urgently fixed for safety reasons. Closet space & balcony: The thick cushions for the balcony furniture were stored in my mother's wardrobe. As a result, she couldn't really use the wardrobe for her clothes. The balcony itself also appeared very sober and bare. A weatherproof cushion box for the cushions and perhaps a bit of greenery (plants) would be a great solution to free up the wardrobe and make the balcony cozier. Storage & bathroom: Unfortunately, there was very little storage space in the apartment overall. Especially in the bathroom, we missed this – there are no hooks for towels or similar storage options. Kitchen equipment: Unfortunately, the kitchen was very sparsely equipped. There was far too little cutlery (knives, forks) and plates, so we constantly had to wash up. Additionally, we missed a kettle/tea maker. The work surface in the kitchen is also very limited, making cooking somewhat cumbersome. We hope that you find these points helpful suggestions to further improve the apartment.
