Discover the exclusive Seaside Suite in List on Sylt – a luxurious vacation apartment that impresses with its appealing design and first-class amenities. This light-filled 97 m² accommodation provides everything you need for an unforgettable holiday and is ideal for couples or small families with a maximum occupancy of two people.

The apartment is a true gem of modern architecture and was built in 2024. It is located in a prime spot in the House, just a few minutes' walk from the North Sea, offering a stunning view of the ocean. Here, you can enjoy relaxing days at the sandy beach, with the wind in your hair and the sound of waves in your ears.

Upon entering the Seaside Suite, you will immediately be captivated by the stylish furnishings and high-quality features. Many of the luxurious furniture pieces come from the Bornhold Manufaktur in Hamburg and were custom-made. Brands such as Schramm, ASCO, Jacaranda, Christine Knöcke, and VIPP represent the high standards and quality of this vacation apartment.

An open living area with a spacious sofa corner, ethanol fireplace, and dining table invites you to relax and offers the perfect place for social evenings. The fully equipped open SieMatic kitchen features modern appliances, including an induction stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a wine fridge. Here, you can prepare creative dishes or simply enjoy breakfast on the terrace while breathing in the fresh sea breeze. Additionally, the kitchen features a Quooker, allowing you to easily generate hot water and sparkling water.

The bedroom offers a cozy double box spring bed from Schramm (180x200 cm) and is equipped with underfloor heating to create a comfortable atmosphere. The elegant bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and an integrated infrared panel, completing the offering.

The Seaside Suite is a non-smoking property and offers a variety of additional amenities, including Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a dryer, a washing machine, and a private parking space. Your four-legged friend is also welcome, as pets are allowed in the Seaside Suite. After an enjoyable walk, there is a dog washing station in the basement for your pet. Your brought or rented bicycles can be securely stored in the basement. For our younger guests, a baby cot with a mattress and a high chair are available, but these must be booked in advance.

The surroundings of the apartment are diverse and offer many leisure activities, with the proximity to nature reserves and recreational areas making your stay even more enjoyable. Location and surroundings of object

List, the northernmost village in Germany, is located on the island of Sylt and offers a picturesque setting for our vacation apartment. The village is known for its thatched Frisian houses, which blend harmoniously into the landscape. The surrounding area is characterized by dune landscapes, long sandy beaches and the Wadden Sea, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Lister harbor is a central point of the town and offers a maritime ambience with fish restaurants serving fresh oysters and freshly caught fish. Ferries to the Danish island of Rømø also depart from here. The region around Lister Ellenbogen, a headland in the north, offers pure nature between dunes and lighthouses. The beaches are ideal for swimming and walking, with the west beach known for its surf waves. A special highlight is the shifting dune, which moves at a speed of seven meters per year. The Forces of Nature Experience Center offers exciting insights into the forces of nature that shape the island on an exhibition area of 1,500 m².

Absolute feel-good apartment! Nothing was left to chance. High-quality furnishings, the decor is a feast for the eyes! Woken by the sun, we had breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Actually the perfectly thought-out apartment to move in permanently. We felt very comfortable! A big thank you to the cleaning team, it was spotless!

The Seaside Suite is a dreamily beautiful and extraordinarily comfortably furnished holiday apartment that I would and will recommend without hesitation at any time. We had our dog with us and were able to use the large garden area due to the good weather. I am very enthusiastic about Port 54 and will gladly contact this landlord again for my stay in Sylt.

Super exclusive new apartment with truly top-notch amenities (Miele appliances including wine cooler for about 32 bottles) in a good location. We actually expected noise from the main road or the construction site across the street, but everything was great. This has been our best vacation apartment so far (I am over 60, have traveled a bit in sales and the event sector). PS: We only discovered the Severin LED lighting for the cooking island and kitchen after 5 days... and they would also like to have them in our house. Photos can be found by me on Google Maps. Thanks to the team at Port 54 for the almost 24/7 service We will come back :-))
