Welcome to the Oceanview Suite in List on Sylt – a truly luxurious vacation destination offering you a unique retreat in one of the most beautiful spots in Germany. This exquisite vacation apartment spans 80 m² and accommodates up to four guests. It is perfect for families, couples, or friends who wish to spend an unforgettable time on the North Sea.

The apartment features two stylish bedrooms designed for relaxation and comfort. One bedroom has a double box spring bed by the brand Schramm (180x200cm), while the other bedroom offers a sofa bed (160x200cm). A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower provides additional comfort and luxury during your stay. The heart of the Oceanview Suite is the spacious living area, which is open to the fully equipped SieMatic kitchen. Here, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and wine fridge. The kitchen also has a Quooker, which provides instant hot water as well as sparkling water. The dining area offers a place for a shared meal and overlooks the cozy living space, complete with an open ethanol fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere.

Many of the high-quality furnishings come from the Bornhold Manufaktur and Hamburg and have been custom-made. Brands like Schramm, ASCO, Jacaranda, Christine Knöcke, and VIPP represent the high standards and quality found throughout this vacation apartment.

Another highlight is the balcony, which offers a view of the North Sea. Here, you can relax with a glass of wine, and the garden furniture invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air to the fullest. The Oceanview Suite is not only modern and stylishly furnished but also offers numerous amenities. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment to keep you connected, and there are plenty of opportunities for active recreation in the surrounding area. A private parking space ensures that your car is securely parked while you explore the island's beauty. The property also includes underfloor heating, a washer-dryer, and a secure bike room.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome to join you, as pets are warmly invited to the Oceanview Suite. After a long walk, there’s a dog washing station in the basement for your furry companion. You can also securely lock your brought or rented bikes in the basement. For our younger guests, a baby cot with mattress and a high chair are available upon request and should be booked before arrival.

Location and surroundings of object

List, the northernmost village in Germany, is located on the island of Sylt and offers a picturesque setting for our vacation apartment. The village is known for its thatched Frisian houses, which blend harmoniously into the landscape. The surrounding area is characterized by dune landscapes, long sandy beaches and the Wadden Sea, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Lister harbor is a central point of the town and offers a maritime ambience with fish restaurants serving fresh oysters and freshly caught fish. Ferries to the Danish island of Rømø also depart from here. The region around Lister Ellenbogen, a headland in the north, offers pure nature between dunes and lighthouses. The beaches are ideal for swimming and walking, with the west beach known for its surf waves. A special highlight is the shifting dune, which moves at a speed of seven meters per year. The Forces of Nature Experience Center offers exciting insights into the forces of nature that shape the island on an exhibition area of 1,500 m².

Tolle, zentrale Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist klar, schlicht und sehr hochwertig. Aus den anderen Wohnungen hört man nichts, das Haus ist sehr ruhig.

Super accommodation. What an equipment. Especially the lamps. Mega bed and the view of the sea. A real hit. Would love to come back. EDEKA and Gosch right around the corner. And a small beach section. TOP.

The apartment is ideal for a small family. It is modern and simply furnished and is located very quietly – despite being on the street, passing vehicles are hardly noticeable. The harbor in List is just a three-minute walk away, and you can enjoy a beautiful view over the North Sea. Especially charming: from the bed, you can watch the ferry arrive and depart. The parking options as well as the local infrastructure are excellent – a real plus. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a Quooker for hot water as well as an integrated wine cooler. For cozy evenings, there is an ethanol fireplace available, which can theoretically be easily operated via remote control. What you should know: There is currently a construction site in front of the apartment where more apartments are being built. Although there was no disturbing construction noise during our stay, this information should be communicated transparently in advance.
