Built as though it were our home, a ground-level, barrier-free apartment awaits you with custom carpentry installations, large natural stone tiles, wooden plank parquet, a Nordic sauna with infrared and changing colored light, large window areas to the 18 sqm southern terrace, and a parking space in the underground garage for your car up to 2 m in height. An elevator takes you from the underground garage dry-footed to the apartment on the ground floor. Special features: The ground floor apartment includes a free underground parking space, an elevator and is generally accessible without barriers.

Rottach-Egern by Tegernsee can be reached by car via the A8 highway, Holzkirchen exit.
Or from Munich Central Station with the Bavarian Upland Railway (BOB) to Tegernsee Station and then by RVO bus to Rottach-Egern.
The apartment is located in the town center and a few minutes' walk from the lake. All shops necessary for daily needs as well as restaurants are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. Opposite the house is a café/confectionery. Hiking paths and walking trails (also with a dog) are easily accessible from the house.
