Description
The sun-drenched Eckerl is a charming annex with separate entrance, quietly located and offers everything you could wish for on your holiday and self-catering on a comfortable 50 m2.
In the entrance area you will find the spacious cloakroom. From here you enter the cosy living room/kitchen where you can enjoy sitting at the dining table with the matching, rustic corner bench.
The kitchen is fully equipped and should you still miss something, the landlady Helga will be happy to provide it
Adjacent to the living room is the lovingly designed living room with a multi-functional couch which can be used as a seat, a double bed or two single beds
Comfort is guaranteed in any position
In the separate bedroom, there is a high-quality box spring bed (double bed) in an alcove.
The bathroom has a shower with shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin, shelf and linen/towel rack.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
You would have to bring your own large bath towels for the swimming pool or lake.
Another highlight: If you stay longer than one week, you get a free Weißwurstessen!

Good basis for exploring the region
With Mrs. Lechner's vacation apartment, you make a good choice in this very popular and expensive holiday region away from luxury prices. Hausham is located on the railway line to Bayrischzell and is therefore a good starting point to reach the Alpine foothills by public transport. Schliersee can be reached in 5 minutes by train every hour, and there is occasionally a direct bus connection to Tegernsee. In the apartment, there is enough space and one can cook well with the available equipment. Away from main roads, it is very quiet here and we enjoyed the cozy seating areas in front of the house. I experienced Mrs. Lechner as a very friendly and helpful landlord. She lives right next to the vacation apartment in the same building, has an open ear for the guests' concerns, and was so nice during our arrival to pick us up from the train station. One should know that she has a large dog, which she does not allow in the area in front of the vacation apartment when the guests are home.
All in all, it was a good stay and I would reserve here again.

Nice little house, super nice landlord :-)
After a nice welcome from Ms. Lechner, we had two relaxing weeks in the well-equipped Sonneneckerl. Hausham is well-equipped with shops for daily needs that can be reached on foot, and it is a good starting point for excursions in the area. There is a train station in Hausham, which can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The Schliersee can be reached in about 35 minutes on foot via a beautiful path. From this path, you can also branch off to the Huberalm, which you should definitely visit. In about 20 minutes by car, you can reach Spitzingsee, from where you can take great hikes. It is also worth visiting the Markus Wasmaier Open-Air Museum in Schliersee. Chiemsee, Tegernsee, Bad Tölz, and Rosenheim are also worth a visit. In the 2nd week, there was a delicious white sausage breakfast with all the trimmings from Ms. Lechner. We really enjoyed our time there and can recommend the accommodation.

Unfortunately, there are not more than five stars to award here. The small house was perfect for us, one adult, and two boys. Everything needed was there. Enough space for cooking, sleeping, playing - and for comfortably sitting outside, very nice landlord. The children felt very happy - (that was also due to the good Wi-Fi connection). Hausham is not a tourism magnet, but it is neither overcrowded nor overloaded. Friendly people everywhere, many shops, you can get everything. You can walk to Schliersee in a few minutes, and to Tegernsee as well - not in a few minutes, but on a beautiful hike over Gindelalm. Then there's Spitzingsee and plenty of hiking mountains behind it. You can quickly reach the lake by car, bus, or train. Hausham has a train station. 50 min train ride to Munich. Something for rainy days. But we only had sunshine. Hopefully, we will have the same next time.

Super vacation, gladly again.
We had a wonderful time at Sonneneckerl with three of us (2 teenagers + 1 adult).
The accommodation is quiet, everything you need is there, we slept great and felt very comfortable.
Mrs. Lechner is a great host who is happy to help with everything. Thank you!
When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast outside, pure vacation for me! Great location, you can quickly get to Schliersee and Spitzingsee (by car or bus/train, starting point for numerous mountain hikes and both lakes are great for swimming). Supermarket and bakery within walking distance and a very delicious ice cream shop on the way to the train station. Tip for a rainy day: climbing/bouldering gym in Weyarn; also, Hausham even has a cinema!
If we come back to the area, we will definitely come again!

It's a pleasure to come here
My son and I liked it very much with Mrs. Lechner and we felt welcome right away. She is a very nice and caring hostess.
The flat is super equipped. If you still need something, Mrs. Lechner brings it right over.
Even spontaneous changes, e.g. an extra bed, are no problem.
The location is also ideal. It's about an 8-minute walk to the train station, and discounters are just a stone's throw away.
We would like to come back here again and thank you very much for your warm hospitality, Mrs Lechner!

In der Wohnung hat man genug Platz und kann mit der vorhandenen Ausstattung gut kochen. Abseits von Hauptstraßen ist es hier sehr ruhig und wir haben die gemütlichen Sitzplätze vor dem Haus genossen.
Frau Lechner habe ich als sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin erlebt. Sie wohnt direkt neben der Ferienwohnung im selben Haus, hat für die Anliegen der Gäste ein offenes Ohr, und war bei der Anreise so nett, uns vom Bahnhof abzuholen.
Man sollte wissen, dass sie einen großen Hund besitzt, den sie aber nicht in den Bereich vor der FeWo lässt, wenn die Gäste zuhause sind.
Alles in allem war das ein guter Aufenthalt und ich würde hier nochmals reservieren.
Hausham ist kein Tourismusmagnet, - dafür aber weder überlaufen noch überladen. Überall freundliche Leute, viele Geschäfte, man bekommt alles. Zum Schliersee kann man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß gehen, zum Tegernsee auch - zwar nicht in ein paar Minuten, aber in einer wunderschönen Wanderung über die Gindelalm. Dann gibt's noch den Spitzingsee und dahinter jede Menge Wanderberge. Den See erreicht man schnell mit dem Auto, mit dem Bus und der Bahn. Hausham hat einen Bahnhof. 50 Min. Zugfahrt bis München. Etwas für Regentage. Aber wir hatten nur Sonne. Hoffentlich auch beim nächsten Mal
Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig, es ist alles da, was man braucht, wir haben super geschlafen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Frau Lechner ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die gerne mit allem weiterhilft. Danke!
Bei gutem Wetter kann man prima draußen frühstücken, für mich Urlaub pur!
Super Lage, man ist schnell am Schliersee und am Spitzingsee (Auto oder Bus/Bahn, Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Bergwanderungen und beide Seen toll zum Schwimmen). Supermarkt und Bäcker fußläufig und sehr leckerer Eisladen auf dem Weg zum Bahnhof. Tipp für Regenwettertag: Kletter-/Boulderhalle in Weyarn; außerdem hat Hausham sogar ein Kino!
Wenn wir noch mal in die Ecke fahren, dann kommen wie auf alle Fälle wieder!
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Braucht man doch noch etwas, bringt es Frau Lechner gleich vorbei.
Auch spontane Änderungen, z.B. eine Aufbettung, sind kein Problem.
Die Lage ist auch ideal. Zum Bahnhof ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß, Discounter ein Katzensprung entfernt.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es ist wirklich ein Sonneneckerl am Morgen und auch am Abend. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Radfahren, Baden, zum Essengehen auch zu Kultur ein. Einfach ein schönes Fleckchen Erde. Für zwei Leute einfach genial! Sehr empfehlenswert.
Die Ferienwohnung ist schick, sauber und in einer guten Lage nahe des Schliersees. Sie bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Einzig die WLAN-Verbindung war teils etwas instabil und das Boxbett ist zwar sehr gut für ein Pärchen, aber sonst für zwei Personen ggf. etwas eng. Dies war für uns aber kein Problem, da wir zu dritt waren und zwei Personen problemlos auf der erweiterbaren Couch im Wohnzimmer schlafen können. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Ferienwohnung ist herausragend.
Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen, sollten wir erneut in die Region kommen.
Eine unglaublich fürsorgliche "Gastgeberin" und eine tolle Gegend. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt noch einmal wieder!
Wir hatten tolles Wetter und haben fast jeden Morgen in der gemütlichen Holz-Sitzecke frühstücken können.

Das Wetter war toll und wir haben viel unternommen. Ein besonderer Tip ist das Brauhaus Tegernsee!
Die Wohnung ist schön gross, sauber und liegt absolut ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hat uns gute Tips für unsere Ausflüge gegeben.
Morgens bin ich immer zum Bäcker um die Ecke um Brezln und Brötchen zu holen.
Da wir noch lange nicht alles von dieser wunderschönen Gegend gesehen haben kommen wir bestimmt wieder ins Sonneneckerl.
