On the way up you can enjoy a spectacular view of the entire beach of Cala Millor!!! Your bright, modern holiday apartment is on the sunny south side. From here you have a panoramic view of the sea and the peninsula in three directions. Imagine the sun rising from the sea before your eyes every morning and you can enjoy it from your bed!!! Your TOP BEACH APARTMENT has two separate bedrooms with 2 beds each, air conditioning (hot/cold) plus marble heating, fast fiber optic internet with its own router (300 MB/s), a smart TV, an open branded kitchen with modern oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator plus freezer, Nespresso capsule machine plus coffee filter machine, a modern washing machine, safe, security door and security lock. All panoramic windows on the balcony can be easily opened depending on the weather. On the balcony there is a ceiling fan with lamp as well as black-out blinds and a mosquito blind. There are also mosquito blinds in the bathroom and in both bedrooms. In the bathroom you will find a large window with a panoramic view. From the pool you have direct access to the sea and the beach. Sun loungers and parasols by the pool are free of charge. There is an outdoor shower and a toilet by the pool. Your TOP BEACH APARTMENT has an official RENTAL LICENSE from the Balearic Government ( ETVPL / 13730 ), so that you can enjoy your holiday without any worries.

Our stay at Top Beach Apartment was absolutely delightful! Waking up with the sunrise over the sea from our bed was a dream come true. The apartment was modern, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it!
