Located on the beautiful 8 Lakes, Villa Florida Orange with its breathtaking sunrises is a real treasure. Luxury vacation in the best location, guaranteeing relaxation and recreation. In the morning, you can already enjoy your first coffee comfortably on the pool deck (Nespresso machine available). Keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees! When entering the villa, you are welcomed by the bright, friendly furnishings and step directly into the open-plan living room with a magnificent view of the pool and the lake. Here, after a long, exciting vacation day, you can spend cozy family evenings after preparing a delicious dinner in the adjoining, fully equipped kitchen. Through the large sliding doors you reach the pool deck, where an aesthetic pool and comfortable sun loungers await you. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation day is here. The large pool and spa are electrically heated and operated with a modern, skin-friendly salt system. For the safety of the little ones, there is a pool fence. With the BBQ grill and the outdoor kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals on a mild summer evening, which you can enjoy at the dining table on the terrace while taking in an unforgettable sunset panorama.
The villa offers four bedrooms for up to eight people. From the master bedroom, as well as from two others, you have direct access to the pool. The spacious master area offers a walk-in closet, a luxurious bathtub, a walk-in shower, two washbasins, and a separate toilet. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, the fourth has a queen-size bed.
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (WiFi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite radio stations from home or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. With the boat, you can enjoy quick access to the Gulf from the villa through the beautiful Rose Garden area. You can also reach many shopping opportunities, restaurants, and parks within a few minutes by car.
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area. Thank you for your understanding! A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required and the boat you rent from us is located directly at your booked villa, so you can, for example, head to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! With a bit of luck, you may spot dolphins. The boats available can be found directly on our website. When booking, you can then select the boat you want.

About 30 min from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 min. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
