Villa Artec is a house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the picturesque Duga Uvala (Municipality of Marčana), just 22 km from Pula.

Villa Artec is ideal for 6 guests and is only a 10-minute walk from nearby beaches.

In the courtyard of the house, you will find a private swimming pool and an open terrace for relaxing.

A wood/charcoal grill, Wi-Fi, and two parking spaces provide additional comfort. The villa consists of a bedroom on the ground floor, while two bedrooms on the 1st floor have access to a shared balcony.

The upper floor offers a beautiful view of the sea.
