Welcome to our beautiful holiday home "Flörkes", 400 m to the sea.
With a wonderful 700 sqm large, fully fenced garden. It is awarded four stars by the DTV. This means for you, our holiday accommodation offers a higher quality overall equipment with upscale comfort. The spacious, bright, friendly, and family-friendly ambiance guarantees relaxed vacation days with children and also (up to medium-sized) dogs are welcome. The former old customs house was built in 1938 and has retained its charm and old building character. A friendly atmosphere guarantees relaxed vacation days. The house is spacious and family-friendly.
It can be easily booked for family, multi-generational vacations or in combination with our "Altes Zollamt" house (the other half of the house) for larger family gatherings or with families who are friends. 6 adults and up to 3 children, including 2 toddlers (in a travel cot), can stay here. There are 3 large bedrooms and 1 small children's bedroom (1 bed 90x190 cm) available. Each bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 180 x 200, and 2 bedrooms have space for a travel cot each.
The 700 sqm fenced garden is available for your exclusive use. It features a large garden house, tables with comfortable garden chairs, barbecue, parasol, loungers, a beach chair, and a large lawn.
The short walk to the bakery and supermarket across the street, a stroll through the neighboring recreation forest, or the
bicycle rental 100m further make the holiday complete. It is about 400m to the beach.
Ground floor: The living room has a comfortable sofa set and side tables, another sofa, more seating options, flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo system with CD. The large, fully equipped kitchen (with pantry) with a large dining table and comfortable chairs is equipped with a dishwasher, stove/ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, coffee pad machine, toaster, and kettle.
From the kitchen, one can directly access the garden through a back exit. The 1st large bedroom on the ground floor has a large comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, comfortable chairs, a desk, wardrobe and can be completely darkened. The beautiful daylight bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and walk-in shower.
Upstairs: A large hallway welcomes you. From here, you can access the second daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower with a seat, toilet, and washbasin, and the other bedrooms. The second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, a wardrobe with a mirror, dresser, seating options, and can be completely darkened.
On the third floor, you will find the spacious roof terrace. In the beautiful, spacious bedroom you will find a large, comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, 2 armchairs, desk, and wardrobe. A children's travel cot, high chair, Triptrap, and changing table are available upon request. A handcart is ready to use. The washing machine (extra charge), a dryer (extra charge), iron and ironing board are located in the basement. The linen package1 (bedding, 2x standard-sized towels per person/stay) is offered. It can be booked for an additional fee. The linen package2 (2 dish towels, kitchen towel, pot holder, 2 bath mats per stay) can be booked for an additional charge.
2 parking spaces are located directly at the house. The house has Wi-Fi. It is a free additional service for emailing and surfing.

Our holiday home is located in the tranquil Kellenhusen, Lübeck Bay, a 2-minute walk and from the sea.
Enjoy carefree days in a quiet location close to the beach. Recreation and relaxation await you in the seaside resort of Kellenhusen.
Kellenhusen, a former fishing village, is situated between the forest and the sea, you enter the village through the beautiful beech forest. Kellenhusen is a family resort on the coast with a beach, promenade, sea adventure bridge, mini-golf, disc golf, water sports and much more, away from the hustle and bustle. It is dog-friendly. In the forest you will find a free run for your four-legged friends.
Along the dyke with the bicycle there is the possibility to visit the Baltic seaside resorts one after the other.
By car you can visit the surrounding areas. Fehmarn, Lübeck, Travemünde, Kiel, the Hansapark, the lakes in the hinterland.

Pure relaxation
From the moment we arrived, we felt very comfortable. A large fenced garden where our dog could play freely. The holiday home is ideally located - 2 minutes to shopping, a 10-minute walk to the sea. Bakery and restaurants in immediate proximity. In the house itself, we found everything needed for daily use. The house is cozily furnished, and the beds were good. Only the sofas are not quite new anymore. We were also lucky to meet the landlords. They were incredibly nice and were - if desired - always approachable. The next vacation at Haus Flörkes is certain.
