Welcome to our lovingly and comfortably furnished 55 sqm vacation apartment in a maritime style, accommodating up to 2 guests.
It is ideal for spending a relaxing time by the sea.
Located just a few minutes' walk from the center, you will reside on a quiet side street with no through traffic. The Baltic Sea beach, the shopping street, and the harbor situated on the Bodden can all be reached in just 6-9 minutes. The super comfortable box spring bed 180x200 m in comfort height, mattresses in H2 and H3, and a blackout pleated blind ensure you have a restful sleep.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, toilet, tall cabinet, towel radiator, and underfloor heating.
The living area is comfortably furnished and invites you to relax after a beautiful day at the beach or exploring by bicycle. WLAN, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, a Blu-Ray player, and an internet radio provide you with all media options.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine.
After a lovely vacation day, find peace and relaxation on your 9 sqm south/west terrace. Enjoy the sun from noon or have a drink in the evening. A lockable shed also belongs to the apartment and offers a secure storage option for your bicycles/e-bikes. Of course, you can comfortably park your car in your own lockable parking space next to the house.
Please note that our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Thank you!
From May to October, booking is always possible on a weekly basis. Arrival/departure is on Saturdays! We offer you contactless check-in from 4 PM and contactless check-out until 10 AM.
If you book a linen package, you can look forward to having your beds made!

The crane season in autumn is especially popular, during which one can observe thousands of cranes on the Bodden islands. We have the perfect location for your holiday home, quiet yet centrally located in the heart of Zingst.

If you need to cancel your already booked trip, it is in your own interest to do so in writing. If there is no replacement booking for your cancellation period, the following cancellation fees apply. These are calculated based on the date of receipt of your cancellation before the start of the rental: - From 100 days before the start of the rental, 25% of the agreed rental price is payable - From 60 days before the start of the rental, 80% of the agreed rental price is payable - From 45 days before the start of the rental or in case of non-arrival, 100% of the agreed rental price is payable. A handling fee of €20 is also due.
