The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1990, renovated in 2022 and is modern, functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and court.

Vodnjan, district Peroj, 43 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday IST FAZ 364 (6 persons) and IST FAZ 365 (2 persons) are in the same house. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property.
