The property is a new construction and suitable for four persons. The house has its own pool (approx. 30 sqm; 8.40 m x 2.50 m) with massage waterfall for the guests' exclusive use.
The house (two floors) has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and large living-dining area with modern kitchen. The distance to the sea is about 750 metres as the crow flies or about 1000 steps. There are two car parking spaces on the property and a fenced garden area, which is largely covered with anti-slip tiles.
The resort of Peroj is about 2.5 km from the village of Fazana / Brijuni Nationslpark Islands and about 15 km from the Istrian provincial capital of PULA (with international airport).
The property is looked after on site by our manager, Mrs. Sandra Skare, who lives in the village of Peroj.

Location and surroundings of object
Our non-smoking holiday home was completed in 2019 and offers you plenty of privacy: equipped with a saltwater pool (approx. 33 sqm) for everyone's use, solar outdoor shower and waterfall, it is the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday near the sea. The ideal location in the centre of the village allows you to do your daily shopping on foot. On site, you will be looked after by our German-speaking manager, Sandra Skare.
We have furnished our holiday home with great attention to detail and it leaves nothing to be desired: On approx. 81sqm plus 16sqm covered terrace you live with max. 4 persons very comfortably on two floors. There are two bedrooms (both with TV and air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms (both with WC and shower). The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and if needed there would be space in the room for an additional baby cot (60x120), which we would provide free of charge (incl. bed linen). The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200 each), which can easily be put together to form another double bed if required (in case two couples arrive). The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has, among other things, an induction cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Nescafé Dulce Gusto machine, etc. The enclosed garden area and the furnished, shaded terrace offer plenty of space to relax. An electric barbecue is also at your disposal. There are 2 car parking spaces on the property.

- Free cancellation option until 90 days before the day of arrival.
- Im Falle einer Stornierung im Zeitraum bis zu 21 Tagen vor gebuchter Ankunft wird der Eigentümer immer versuchen, der Reisetermin der Mieter anderweitig zu vergeben. Sollte der vom Mieter gebuchte Reisetermin kurzfristig von einem anderen Gast gebucht werden, so erhält der Mieter seine Anzahlung abzüglich der Bankkosten und einer Bearbeitungsgebühr auf sein Konto zurück überwiesen. Bei Stornierungen, bei denen der vom Mieter gebuchte Reisetermin nicht anderweitig von einem anderen Gast gebucht wird sowie bei kurzfristigen Stornierungen 21 bis 0 Tage vor der gebuchten Anreise, behält sich der Eigentümer das Recht vor, die Zahlung des Mieters einzubehalten. Die gesetzlichen Rücktritts- und Kündigungsmöglichkeiten bleiben hiervon unberührt.
