Our stay was delightful! The rustic interior was charming, and the owners were very welcoming. The pool was refreshing, and we spent most of our days lounging in the sun.

Our stay at the cottage was simply delightful! The rustic charm of the house made us feel at home. We particularly enjoyed the large terrace where we spent countless hours relaxing by the private pool, soaking up the sun and admiring the stunning view of the Torcal de Antequera. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring nearby attractions. The village of La Joya, just a few minutes' drive away, had all the essentials we needed, including local restaurants serving delicious tapas. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle!

Silence and comfort, the rustic decor made me feel at home, and the pool was incredibly refreshing. I appreciate that everything was clean and well-maintained. Besides, the views from the terrace are stunning, especially during sunset. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit slow, but honestly, who needs it when you have a wonderful view?

Wonderful location with a beautiful view. The house has everything as promised. The pool is pleasant - not too small. The hosts are very accommodating. In short: we really enjoyed our stay and would come back. PS: for excursions, it takes about 20 minutes to get to main roads/highways. We don't mind, but it's not for everyone.

Fantastic location! We enjoyed hiking in the Torcal de Antequera and returning to our cozy cottage. The pool was a highlight for the kids, and we loved the peaceful evenings under the stars.

The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The WiFi was reliable, which was a plus since we had to check in with work from time to time. I would definitely recommend it for a family vacation.

The arrival was correct and cordial! Only to find the destination was / is a crime! From Antequera, we have run a taxi for co i.v.m fact that Mary does not speak English. Hieonder mi good directions from Malaga airport the A45 towards Cordoba after 45 km 1st exit Antequera.In Antequera follow the brown signs El TORCAL (nature reserve) and EL LOBO (wolf park), just outside Antequera deA343 direction Alora, then exit toward Nogales M4402 / La joya. La Joya after the pit directly R.A. direction Villanueva de la Conception.Na few km from ruin and sign se vendre on the right v.d. off the 2nd rubble path upwards, halfway weather paved and you have arrived at the beautiful Vila de Gema with stunning views over the valley and hills with a, d back to the mountains of El TORCAL where regular mountain eagles soar around! House features a swimming pool with even half a deep part --- so no belly slider! Outdoor kitchen is a b.b.q. with a grill and griddle gedeelte.Woning furnished and well equipped. Very nice holiday house in undisturbed position on the slope. The reception at the house by the owner (Maria) was very friendly. They even had flowers laid in all rooms and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us. In addition, Mary has been done throughout the holiday for us, we could call her if there was something, and then there was a problem with the water in the village, she came specifically to see if everything went well in the house and there was still plenty of water. The only annoying, the barking dogs in the neighborhood (especially "at night). A car at their disposal is a must. The hostess was very charming and welcoming. Due to circumstances, our flight was leaving in Malaga and we're after 24h (" at night) have arrived. This was no problem and they gave us kindly waited for the tour. Highly recommended!

On arrival the woman was very friendly and helpful, she was just a little english but we turned it us through. The cottage was beautiful, the driveway slightly less but we all in all it was great. very nicely cleaned with fresh lavender flowers and bottle of wine as a welcome +. location was ok in the village they had a bakery and small cafe shop resaurant, but if you drove 13 miles we arrived in Antequera, where there was plenty of everything, big super market ... erosci veroniqua.winkels, many cities because we bezicht we did well in the center of all layers seville cordoba, costa del sol, highly recommended .. everything was spot on and pee and cocci though we have not done much

Very beautiful house, outdoor pool and outdoor kitchen / bbq. House Owner is very kind. We were visiting in September with sunny weather and a cool breeze, so we did not miss any air conditioning. Antequera is a nice little town (25 min drive) with a lot of history and beautiful churches. We went here for grocery shopping. Also Torcal Park is something not to miss. For us it was a perfect combination of relaxing, culture and nature.
