Located near Pula, these two villas have everything you need for maximum relaxation. Villa's Pieron and Bavigo are newly built luxury spa oasis. Whether you want to spend time frolicking in the pool or having a real spa treatment, these beautiful houses have it all.
Beautiful villa Pieron is a real little realm of peace surrounded by greenery and a beautiful garden. The relaxing pool with its blueness tempts you to refresh yourself during the long summer days.
Inside the house is your spa oasis, which includes a jacuzzi and a sauna.
The beautiful and airy modern space of the living room and kitchen is perfect for socializing and dining with the family.
For maximum comfort, all four available bedrooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Two upstairs bedrooms have balconies with table football and darts.
Each Villa has a private parking for 3 cars, which is under video survailance for safety purposes.
Damage deposit of 500 EUR is mandatory upon check in, and the hosts will return it on the check - out, provided that everything is in order.
Area description and nearby activities:
Villas Pieron and Bavigo are located in Marčana, a small Istrian town about 15 kilometers from Pula.
The nearest beach is in the area of Duga uvala (8,5 km), which is located in Vinjole bay.
A modern health and recreation center with an indoor swimming pool, clinics, a fitness room and wellness facilities has been opened within the hotel in Duga uvala. In addition to health tourism, the development of active sports-recreational tourism on tennis and golf courts, a multipurpose playground for soccer, handball, and volleyball, and a bocce court is also available. The surrounding coastal area overgrown with Mediterranean vegetation has a significant ambient value.
You can enjoy horseback riding on one of the nearby ranches in Loborika, or spend a day biking on the 341 Staza Flanatica in Marčana.
National Park Brijuni is only a shrt car drive away from Fazana, where boats depart every day for this adventure.
