Welcome to the sea in our cozy mobile home in Nieuwliet in the Dutch province of Zeeland.
Enjoy the tranquility in the well-maintained, fully fenced, and private garden or breathe fresh air during a long walk by the sea. You can easily reach the beach on foot or by bicycle in just a few minutes (distance approx. 950 m).

There is a parking lot right in front of the chalet or additional parking options at collected parking areas at both entrances to the park. Charging spots for electric vehicles are available in the nearby area (Last Miles, etc.).
The place itself has a playground as well as a spacious lawn area with a soccer goal.
Fresh bread rolls and other groceries can be found in the adjacent Roompot park or in the surrounding neighboring villages. Explore the nearest major cities Schoondijke, Breskens, Cadzand, Oostburg, and Zuidzande.
Particularly worth mentioning is the beautiful town of Sluis, with its unparalleled charm.
Also, the city of Bruges in Belgium is just 20 km from the park.

Arrive and feel comfortable!
We felt comfortable from the very first moment. The Noitgedaacht caravan site is located on a road, but it is surrounded by fields and is quietly situated in close proximity to the sea. The site itself is very well-maintained, and the operator places great importance on peace and cleanliness. There is no entertainment or gastronomy here. One must know this, as the vacationer seeks tranquility. The mobile home 128 is located on a side street, and the property itself is fenced and not visible from the outside. The check-in is uncomplicated with a key safe, and the landlord is immediately available for any questions. The property is well-maintained and offers everything needed for a relaxing garden day: loungers, chairs, table, a large sun umbrella, gas grill, clothes drying rack, etc. Nothing is missing and it is well thought out. Bicycles are also available. The mobile home is modern, with central heating for comfortable use on colder days. (In May, there is one or another colder day.) It has been spacious for both of us. The master bedroom is equipped with a good mattress—comfortable for both of us. The bedroom is quite large, and you don't feel cramped; the closets provide space for the clothes we brought. The window can be darkened, which is very important for us. The bathroom has a large shower and enough storage options. We only used the children's room for storing our suitcases. The kitchen is equipped with enough dishes, glasses, and cutlery. A basic set of cookware and knives is available. I brought my own spices, oils, and cleaning supplies. The dining area is sufficient for four people, and the living area is furnished with a cozy sofa and a TV chair. All windows and doors can be darkened, which is good for hot days. A large TV and a Bluetooth radio are available. There is enough indirect lighting and power outlets. Conclusion:
We will definitely come back in August!
