Casa Montegrappa is a beautiful original rustic house. Located in the romantic alleys of the main town Gardola, just a few steps from the center yet in a quiet location, it comes with a beautiful garden about 40m away with artificial turf and a fantastic view of the lake.
The proximity to the church and to all the historical buildings gives one the feeling of being transported back in time. The small but elegant house is decorated in a style typical of the area with great love and spans over 2 floors. Through the separate entrance, you enter the living-dining room with a kitchenette and an open fireplace via a few steps, which is equipped with a sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen includes everything your heart desires to prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones and also comes with a dishwasher. From there, a door leads to a small inner courtyard terrace, which can be used as a breakfast terrace. Via the wooden staircase, you reach the first floor with the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a small balcony with an option for drying laundry, the other with two single beds. Here, you will also find the bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The garden with artificial turf is located about 40 meters from the house and can be reached via a steep path. You can enjoy a fantastic lake view here, and your four-legged friends can run around freely and feel perfectly at home thanks to the fencing. There is a walking area next door. Nothing stands in the way of a wonderful barbecue evening. You can park your car in the nearby parking lot by the church. The driveways to the house are typically very narrow and can only be navigated with a small car. There is also a parking spot at the house for this. The owner is happy to take care of your luggage transport for you.
In about 2 minutes on foot, you can reach the town center of Gardola where there are all shopping facilities, cafés, restaurants, as well as a doctor and pharmacy.

As a recognized health resort and nature park, the south-facing sun plateau with its lush Mediterranean vegetation is ideal for relaxation and unwinding. In just a few walking minutes, you can be in the center of Gardola with all shopping options, restaurants, cafes, tennis hall and courts, as well as a doctor and pharmacy. In about 10 to 15 minutes by foot, you can get to the harbor of Tignale or to several swimming beaches. In 10 minutes by car, you are in Porto Tignale or in Gargnano at the Parco Fontanella, two beautiful lakeside swimming pools (Fontanella has about 5,000 sqm of lawn under old olive trees).
