The villa offers unusually cozy and modern facilities with a total area of 130 m² and floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic garden views. The accommodation is located at the edge of the Giant Mountains and the famous Bohemian Paradise with lots of sand rocks. This area is especially popular among climbers and cyclist.
When you step into the villa, it feels as if nature has been absorbed into a house. With two bedrooms and a bathroom complete with shower facilities suitable for 6 people, this place offers everything needed to make your stay comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped with not only a fridge and freezer, but also a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and kitchen utensils, making cooking fun again. The most delicious meals can be prepared here. You'll be thankful later when hunger sets in after an intense day of exploring the nearby area. Relaxing is no problem here, with a TV in the living room, and on rainy days you can watch a movie or play indoor games. If the weather is nice, you can relax in the garden. Switching on the barbecue in the evening provides the extra cozy atmosphere that there is. It is also possible to make a fire later in the evening. Children will have a fantastic time here.
It doesn't have to be because of the environment. There are plenty of outings that can provide entertainment for everyone. For the children, a water park is a great place to cool off. The Koupaliste Lomnice nad Popelkou Water Park is about 3 km away. For golf enthusiasts, this facility can also be found in the area. Golf Club Semily is located about 13 km away in the lovely village of Semily. Prefer to see more of the area? That's no problem! The CHKO Ceský Ráj is a beautiful area for hiking, 10 minutes away. Here you see rocks and forests, you are amazed. For anyone who wants to be the area of the Máchovka Nová Paka to open. This is 15 km away from the property. All in all, it is a natural environment where there is something to do or see for all ages in both summer and winter.
