Set on a spacious 3000 m² private plot, the villa offers plenty of space, privacy and comfort for families and groups of friends of up to 9 guests. Here, you can fully enjoy nature, tranquillity and cosy moments together, while the best attractions of Northern Bohemia are all within easy reach.

The villa has a warm and homely atmosphere and features four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. Thanks to the spacious layout, everyone can enjoy plenty of privacy during their stay. The cosy living room with wood-burning stove forms the heart of the house and invites you to spend long evenings together with a glass of wine, a board game or a movie on the smart TV with Chromecast. There are also plenty of books, games and a stereo system available for extra entertainment and comfort.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for the whole group. Facilities include a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and complete kitchenware. Inside, you can enjoy long dinners together at the dining table, while outside the barbecue creates the perfect setting for relaxing holiday evenings on the terrace. One of the two large terraces is covered and furnished with a comfortable lounge set, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful views at any time of day.

Outside, a beautifully landscaped and fully fenced garden offers plenty of space for both children and adults to relax and enjoy themselves. Children can play on the swing, enjoy football on the private football field with goals or simply run freely through the garden. During warm summer days, the heated private swimming pool provides fun and refreshment for all ages.

After an active day in the mountains, you can warm up beside the wood-burning stove while snow transforms the landscape into a magical winter setting. Several ski resorts, including Vrchlabí, Špindlerův Mlýn and Janské Lázně, are located within easy reach and offer excellent opportunities for skiing, snowboarding and winter hiking.

The surrounding area offers countless possibilities for excursions and outdoor adventures throughout the year. Explore the impressive nature of Český ráj National Park with its famous rock formations, hiking trails and castles.
