Looking for a place for a great holiday or just a weekend with friends.
We offer the following. Relaxation, silence, fresh air, nature, walks, excursions, peace and quiet, great evenings and everything right under Trosky Castle in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise. Still not enough? We'll add a little extra. Sauna for 7 persons, swimming pool 4m x 9m, garden barbecue under spacious pergola, table tennis. And as the icing on the cake, we can prepare barbecues to your liking, hire a large garden barbecue, supply draught beer to your liking and meat to your liking. You don't need to bring anything here, just start the barbecue. Simply great holiday. For children we still have sandpit, swings, slide and big trampoline.
The holiday home has two flats. One for guests (pergola, swimming pool, garden and house surroundings...) and the other as a background for services for the guests. Entrances and garden are separate. The house is not permanently inhabited.
In the house there are 2 x bathrooms with shower corner, washbasin, 2 x WC and 2 x 2-bed rooms , 2 x 4-bed rooms with beds made of masiv wood and the high quality ortopaedic mattresses made of the cold foam
On the ground floor there is the main living room with the kitchen and the bar counter made of sandstone. The kitchen is fully equipped - refrigerator, glass-ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen equipment. In the living room there is a solid oak table for 12 persons. Massive chest of drawers and TV, DVD.

We invite you to our chalets with a swimming pool, in a completely reconstructed property in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Bohemian Paradise nature reserve, as the crow flies, about 500 m from Trosky Castle, in the village of Troskovice in the settlement of Tachov. The settlement Tachov is suitable for family recreation, its location is 500 m from the main road. If you would like to learn the beauties of our region and look for an environment for your trips or if you are looking for a place for a quiet holiday with children and friends - welcome to our place.

A holiday home to feel comfortable!
We were guests at the Trosenka holiday home for the second time during the Easter holidays in 2024. The house offers everything we need as a family of 11. In a beautifully maintained large garden with a pool, trampoline, table tennis table, swings, sandbox, and climbing frame, the children feel right at home. The hiking trail passes directly by the house and Trosky, Hruba Skala, and Hrad Valdstejn are easily reachable. The numerous climbing rocks in the surrounding area are also great. Ideal for short trips even with small children.
The layout of the rooms and their equipment is optimal. You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. Everything is tastefully and lovingly furnished. Fresh Easter bouquets awaited us in the living area. Parking in the enclosed property is very convenient. Thank you to the kind landlords! We would love to come back!

Great family accommodation
In the family (11 people) we found a great holiday home with a nice landlord. It was very well maintained, optimally equipped and very clean. The use of the outdoor area, the hiking opportunities and the service fully met our expectations. Thank you.

A beautiful house, fully equipped with dishes and kitchen accessories. A large garden with a play area for children and a great swing on the tree! A large covered seating area outside. The location is very quiet, with many opportunities for walks and even a castle to reach quickly. The homeowner is very nice and responds very quickly to messages. The house is clean and very well maintained. We haven't seen that often in Czech Republic. That actually deserves an extra star... We were there in the autumn, and the evenings were also cool. We were allowed to heat up the fireplace in the common room with wood, a very pleasant atmosphere ?
I can highly recommend Trosenka and we will definitely spend our vacation there again.

Top!
Wir haben in diesem „kleinen Paradies“ Weihnachten verbracht und waren vom Anfang der Ankunft bis zur Abreise mehr als zufrieden.
Es ist alles liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt und der Höhepunkt ist sicherlich die Sauna, die im Garten steht.
Den Vermieter haben wir alles sehr angenehm und nett empfunden.
Wer Action sucht ist dort allerdings fehl am Platze. Zum entspannen und herunterkommen ist es perfekt! Es herrscht durchweg eine herrliche Stille!

Very relaxing holiday in a well-equipped and quietly located holiday home
Looking back, we especially enjoyed the very beautiful location of the house as well as the sauna, the fireplace and the surroundings. The evening starry sky was beautiful to look at, because the sky was incredibly dark thanks to the lack of light pollution. As there are also no (major) roads far and wide, we did not hear any noise or disturbing sounds. Nature showed itself from a very varied side.
The house itself is rather spartan (k one bedside lamp and no sofa lamp), but very clean and spacious. The fireplace is really great and has the whole house secret, which is very useful in the cold winter, as otherwise there is only electric heating (electricity costs). We found the beds very comfortable. The sauna was great in combination with the pool.
