The new holiday home complex is located at the southern end of Koserow and directly in the middle of quite beautiful old beech forest. Up to the cliffs with beach access via a natural stairway is about 500 meters, or 7 minutes. Before you cross it the Usedomer hiking and biking trail that is a direct connection between Peenemünde and Swinoujscie. The beach is wide and fine sand. Ideal starting point for sports activities such as cycling, hiking, swimming. On the backwaters (about 10 km) sailing surfing and diving courses are offered, it is possible to drive yourself boat and in the season offers a variety of cultural attractions to Koserow (Kurplatz old church). The house is perfect for a family vacation with children. Super equipped, washing machine, kitchen, cot, and high chair. . . and much more.
The offer with the towels on-site is also good, but I washed them again on-site as they smelled of smoke.
The cleanliness was okay, probably because the house was surely vacant for a longer period (due to Corona), only the silverfishes were very irritating to us. Not so good with a crawling child. Otherwise great and quiet location, a bit remote but not a problem with bikes.
