Unique to this property is the quiet secluded location on a large 5,000 m² Mediterranean garden plot with partial views of the sea beyond. The beaches around CHIA to Tuerredda are known for their Caribbean beauty and spaciousness, offering pure because of its gently sloping waters for families with children vacation and spa pass. Shopping, restaurants, sports and equestrian centers are in the whole area available. The hotel "CHIA Laguna Resort" with pharmacy, supermarket, boutiques, bar, pizzeria, restaurant and tourist events about 700 meters away.
CHIA is also a very good surfer area.
The place PULA (approximately 6,000 inhabitants.) Is about 18 km away. Distance from the airport CAGLIARI 55 km - from OLBIA approx hours drive and ALGHERO approx hours.
