The House
The weekend house "Haus Erlengrund" is located directly on the exterior lake of Schwerin and offers high comfort. The approx. 90 m² of living space is divided into two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds as well as a rollaway bed on request), a living room with a fireplace and beautiful view, a guest toilet with shower, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a high-quality kitchen. A fireplace stove and central heating (underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen) provide cozy warmth. From the terrace and the living area, you have a fantastic view of the green surroundings. The house is located in the first row to the lake. Only a small strip of forest lies in between. The approximately 300 m² green area in front of the house is suitable for sunbathing and playing.

From the house, it's only about 150 meters to a natural swimming spot in the forest, with adjacent boat docks and a rowboat. You can use this at any time free of charge. The dock is also great for fishing. In Seehof, you can walk to a bathhouse, a restaurant, a small shop at the campground, a creative house with craft courses, children's playhouse, playgrounds. From Seehof, you can take great bike tours around Schweriner Lake or to Schwerin. A bus stop for the trip to Schwerin is available in the village.

A beautiful vacation
We spent 2 beautiful weeks here. The house is fully equipped. It is located in a quiet kind of settlement. We city dwellers really enjoyed the peace. The landlord always responded quickly and kindly to inquiries. We can recommend the house without reservation. Thank you.
