In the basement there is the kitchen, a bathroom and 2 living rooms, each with a separate exit to the covered balcony, which extends over the entire width of the house.
On the upper floor there are 2 modern bedrooms, some with lake view.

The holiday flat is located in a two-family house with a separate entrance in Seehof, a suburb of Schwerin, 6 km from the state capital of Mecklenburg. In addition to the wonderful landscape, Schwerin offers numerous possibilities for your holiday. Theatre and museums are just as much a part of it as a visit to the old town and the castle.
The Baltic Sea is only 25 minutes away by car, but in Seehof, 400 metres from the house, there is also a beautiful bathing area with a sandy beach and a wide view over the lake. Boats can be rented at the campsite adjacent to the bathing area, and a kiosk provides guests with small snacks
Two bicycles are available at the house for bicycle tours around Lake Schwerin.

Ausstattung war gut. Lage ist auch in Ordnung. Allerdings Achtung: Preis auf dieser Seite stimmt nicht. Haben für fünf Personen für ein Wochenende am Schluss 90 Euro mehr bezahlt. Schade ich hatte mich eigentlich über dieses Schnäppchen gefreut. Die Urlaubsfreude war dann natürlich erst mal dahin...

The apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished.
It is ideally suited for cycling tours around Lake Schwerin, excursions to Wismar or shopping and culture in Schwerin.

Very nice holiday flat in a good location
We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat. It was only a short walk to the swimming pool and the bicycles provided made it even quicker. There is a lot to explore in the surrounding area (e.g. Schwerin, Wismar, Lübeck, ...). The reception and care by the landlady Mrs Beckmann was first class.
