Description

Enjoy breathtaking panoramic sea views from both balconies and all rooms from our private, very well-maintained holiday flat on the 8th floor of the "Palm Beach" apartment building, which is centrally located on Marbella's main beach. Here you can enjoy the Andalusian sun to the full from the moment it rises in the morning until its spectacular setting, while at the same time observing the beach life and Marbella's marina from a sublime perspective.
The 90 square metre corner flat is stylishly furnished to a high standard with every comfort and offers a modern ambience. Thanks to its central location, it is also ideal for longer stays.
The spacious living room has a leather suite with sofa and recliner and a sideboard with a 55-inch TV with satellite reception of a wide range of German and international programmes, a hi-fi system with CD player and air conditioning with remote control, which ensures pleasant temperatures in summer as well as in the master bedroom and cosy warmth on cool winter evenings, so that you don't have to do without any comfort.
From the central seating area as well as from the dining area next to the open-plan kitchen, you have a wonderful view of the beach and sea all the way to Africa on clear days. Enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony in the evening while watching the illuminated yachts on the water and the illuminated Puerto Banus is an absolute highlight.
The all-white kitchen with Silestone worktop has an induction hob, an oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine with tumble dryer. Sufficient crockery and glasses as well as small kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, table grill, etc. allow you to enjoy culinary delights not only outside the home.
The master bedroom has two fitted wardrobes and a sliding door leading to the south-east-facing balcony with breakfast table, four chairs and a recliner. Even from the bed you can see Marbella's original marina - a special experience at sunrise when the fishing boats return to the harbour from their night's catch.
In the south-west facing second bedroom with a beautiful view of Gibraltar, there are two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a small desk.
The bathroom with window and walk-in shower has a large washbasin with vanity unit and a remote-controlled fan heater.
The complex's private pool is sheltered to the west and has direct access to the beach via the promenade.

Location and surroundings of object

From our "Palm Beach" apartment building, located on Marbella's main beach "La Fontanilla", you can reach Marbella's lively marina in around 10 minutes via the famous marble "Paseo Maritimo" and in a further 5 minutes via the central pedestrian passage "Avenida del Mar", decorated with magnificent sculptures by Salvatore Dali, to the picturesque old town with its historic buildings, small alleyways, unusual boutiques and exquisite restaurants. Here you will encounter the diverse traditions of southern Spain at every turn, not only on public holidays such as Easter in picturesque squares such as the "Plaza de Naranjas".
In the other direction, the beach promenade will take you on a varied walk along the waterfront of the so-called Golden Mile with its stately villas to the fashionable marina of Puerto Banus with its sophisticated flair and exclusive shops in around an hour. There you can stroll or shop in style and then, if you wish, take a regular catamaran tour back to the sports harbour almost directly to the front door and enjoy the magnificent panorama with the coastline and the view of Marbella's local mountain "La Concha".
You will only need your (hire) car for excursions to the surrounding area, such as the British flair of Gibraltar, which is around an hour's drive away, or the Moorish-style historic town of Ronda, which is around 50 km to the north, as all other infrastructure such as bars, restaurants and shops, as well as banks, doctors' surgeries, sports facilities, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. Otherwise, excursions to the famous "White Villages" of Andalusia or picturesque landscapes such as the gorge of the "Camino del Rey" are of course also possible.
In addition to these activities and of course various forms of water sports, the Costa del Sol and Marbella in particular is famous for its diverse golf courses, some of which are spectacularly integrated into the coastal and mountain landscape. Our guests can enjoy golf all year round, but especially in the mild winter months, on over a dozen golf courses in Marbella. The Marbella region is therefore considered the "capital of the Costa del Golf", with more than 20 marvellous and highly varied courses within an hour's drive.

There is usually a friendly caretaker in the complex during normal office hours who is your first point of contact for questions and minor problems.
The entrance area and garage access are under video surveillance and the flat has a security door and video intercom system. There is a small built-in furniture safe in the bedroom. Throughout the flat and on the balconies you have unlimited WiFi access via a fibre optic connection. The 55-inch TV offers satellite reception via Astra, Spanish programmes via antenna and a streaming option.
An information sheet is available to help you find your way around and settle into the flat more quickly. In addition to information on the use of various appliances, you will also find information on our German-speaking cleaner and other important telephone contact numbers.
Various airlines such as Ryanair, Norwegian, EasyJet and of course Lufthansa and e.g. Condor fly several times a week to the modern airport of Malaga, 50 kilometres away. From there, there are regular shuttle bus connections to Marbella's central bus station and the possibility of a taxi transfer directly to the flat in approx. 40 minutes.
Various international and local car hire agencies offer car hire directly at the terminal, some of which are relatively inexpensive.
We will send you detailed directions and more information about your free parking space in the building's own underground car park together with the flat key when you book.
