The location is charming, surrounded by trees and a beautiful pond. I greatly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Just a warning, the WiFi can sometimes be a bit unreliable, but that didn't ruin our stay.

Very nice and well-maintained house in a quiet environment. Large enough for multiple families. The children could happily scoot on the terrace and through the car-free paths of the estate. Limburg is a very beautiful region that we definitely want to explore more in the future.

Great location, beautifully landscaped, spacious. The villa itself was practically furnished and on the terrace stood a large, beautiful round table with a parasol. The only downside was the dining chairs, which were worn out and in need of replacement. We enjoyed a lovely weekend, definitely worth repeating.

We stayed with 9 adults and 2 small children. The surroundings are beautiful and the park is wonderfully quiet. At the edge of the park, there is a café/restaurant that is very cozy and where you can eat well and drink craft beers. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. In 2 rooms, these beds are pushed together. There is a large gap between the beds, so it is not really suitable for lying close together ;-). The beds are otherwise fine and the bedding is nice and soft. 1 duvet cover was full of holes, but that didn't matter much to us. We had reserved a baby crib and 2 high chairs. These were not present in the house. We arrived a bit later in the evening, so it was a bit annoying for the kids that they couldn't go to bed right away. Fortunately, the crib and chairs were quickly brought by friendly people. There are also 2 bathrooms with toilets available. Really nice for when you are with a large group. The cottage is cozily furnished and has enough amenities to make the stay pleasant (think of TV, large oven, large fridge with big freezer, Senseo and filter coffee machines, microwave) and enough plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. We found it a bit odd that the seating area with sofas only accommodates 6 people (3 double sofas); with a bit of squeezing, you can fit three on one, but for a house for 12 people, it really is too little seating space. There were also only 10 dining chairs. The contact with the manager went smoothly and was good. Do keep in mind that you have poor reception on the premises (there is wifi in the cottage), but making calls will be difficult. Great stay!
