The residence is located in the Mali Maj district, approx. 2.5 km from the old town of Porec and only 400 m from Materada beach. The house is situated in a quiet location and thanks to its facilities is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All flats are partially renovated. The house has a total of 4 holiday flats with a shared plot of 1000 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 50 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining and a well-kept garden for shared use. Washing machine for shared use. This holiday flat for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house and has a living space of 51 m2 and consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen with dining table and exit to the balcony with seating and beautiful sea view. The bathroom with shower/WC is located in the hallway. Air conditioning and wireless internet are available.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and communicative. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything we needed, including a kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a TV. The beach was just a short walk away, and several restaurants were about a 15-minute walk. You can also buy drinks and snacks, including beer, right on the beach. One of the biggest advantages was that the building housed a maximum of four families, which made it peaceful and relaxing. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful, clean swimming pool with loungers, which was available all day long. Most of the time, we had the pool to ourselves, so we really enjoyed the privacy and the calm atmosphere. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay in Croatia. We would love to come back!
