Description

The holiday flats are located in the Mali Maj district, just 250 metres from Materada beach, sports facilities and restaurants. The old town of Porec can be reached in just 30 minutes on foot along the coast. The house is situated on a plot with olive trees, flowers and a well-kept garden with a brick barbecue and garden furniture, all for shared use. A total of two holiday flats are rented out in the house, which will be completely renovated in 2022. This holiday flat for 4-5 people is located on the ground floor of the house on a living space of 46m2 and has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining table and satellite TV and bathroom with shower/WC. At the entrance there is a beautiful covered terrace with seating. Air conditioning and wireless internet are available.

For feeling good

We felt comfortable in David's apartment. The garden in front of the house is really very nice, and the location overall is very quiet. The apartment is generally clean, just the bathroom a bit musty (as there was a lack of ventilation). It’s just a short walk to the beach. Otherwise, we explored a lot in the area by car and received many useful tips for excursions & restaurants from the travel agency on site.
