Discover the idyllic vacation atmosphere at the “Tauber Glamping Mobil” in Tauberbischofsheim, a charming accommodation that’s perfect for couples or solo travelers. This cozy tiny house, housed in a former construction trailer, spans 12 square meters and is tastefully furnished with a bedroom and a modern bathroom, offering you the comfort of a very special second home.
The home is designed for maximum comfort and functionality. The built-in kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a coffee maker for your morning coffee. The bedroom, warm and inviting, features a large double bed with comfortable mattresses and a slatted frame, inviting you to relax after a day full of adventures.
Relax while taking in the surrounding nature, or enjoy cozy evenings in front of the TV or by the fire pit, depending on the weather or your mood. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available at the owners’ house, located 250 meters away, so you’ll always have fresh clothes, even during longer stays. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
This accommodation features two bathrooms: If you find the composting toilet in the Glamping Mobil’s bathroom too adventurous, you can simply use the Glamping bathroom, which we’ve added to our Tauber Sonnen Lodge exclusively for guests of the Glamping Mobil. It has a regular toilet and a shower with a fixed water connection, so the water pressure is stronger than in the Glamping Mobil itself. This bathroom is also ideal in the spring or fall, since it has underfloor heating. You can also refill your water bottles there at any time.
The area around Tauberbischofsheim is perfect for picturesque walks and bike rides. Experience the tranquility of nature and the beauty of the countryside, which begins right at your doorstep. In the evening, listen to the birds singing in the orchard by the Tauber River, or use the outdoor fitness equipment that has now been installed on the neighboring property across the street for public use.

The district Hochhausen of Tauberbischofsheim is located directly on the Tauber, ideal for hiking and cycling tours and water sports on the river.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented by guests at the bicycle dealer Esser, only about 3 km away, or at Zweirad Schunder. Bicycles from Radverleih Taubertal can even be conveniently delivered and picked up. Online reservation is recommended during the peak season. For a little break on site and also for children:

Access to the Tauber River is just 50 meters away. Stand-up paddleboards can be rented from us on site. Swimming is also possible here. Fishing permits available through the Tourist Information in Tauberbischofsheim.
There are outdoor swimming pools 5 km away in Wenkheim (25-meter lane) and in Tauberbischofsheim (33.33-meter lane, slides, and diving platform).
For wellness enthusiasts, Solymar Therme in Bad Mergentheim (25 km) is worth a day trip.
The gastronomy in Hochhausen and the neighboring areas offers regional broom taverns, traditional cuisine, beer gardens, as well as Italian and Croatian cuisine. Shopping options: supermarkets E-Center, Lidl, Aldi, and dm (about 4km away). Sunday rolls approximately 5 km away at Genußwolke 7 towards Tauberbischofsheim highway entrance or at the Café/Baker in the Edeka market in Wenkheim.
