This beautifully furnished villa is located just a few kilometres from Pula and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 guests. This villa consists of two separate residential units that are rented together. On the ground floor of the villa there is a smaller flat with a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room that can accommodate up to three people. On the first floor of the villa is a well-equipped larger flat for up to seven people with three bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms. There is also a gym with various fitness equipment, a jacuzzi and darts. As the indoor area is not equipped with a kitchen, guests have access to a spacious, fully-equipped outdoor kitchen that will satisfy even the most demanding gourmets: from professional appliances to an impressive marble table and TV, as well as an additional separate toilet. If necessary, in case of cold weather or wind, the kitchen can be closed with movable walls and transformed into an enclosed space. This villa is a spacious and modernly furnished accommodation that really offers everything you could want for a perfect holiday.
