This vacation home is located in the small village Loborika, near Pula and can accommodate up to six people. This charming and newly built vacation home is an ideal choice for all ages - whether families with children, couples or a group of friends. The interior of the house is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. Enjoy the outdoor area with its private pool, sun terrace and beautifully landscaped garden. The little ones can play on the trampoline. In the outdoor area there is a covered terrace where you can prepare your favorite barbecue dishes. Do not hesitate and book your vacation for this villa immediately and spend beautiful and pleasant moments in Istria!
From the property to the beach is 13 km and the distance to the center is 8 km. The nearest grocery store is 50 meters from the vacation property. In 70 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Beautiful time

We had a super nice time in the house. Contact was great and very pleasant - in English! Flexible check-in and check-out, which was very valuable with a child and overnight travel! We were always helped further and provided with accessories (baby bed and seat, etc.). The house and outdoor area were really great, especially for children, as a corner with toys was set up on the upper floor. Since it was a bit outside, we could still get to everywhere we wanted to in about 20 minutes by car. The area was largely quiet. In the village, there was also a small playground and a restaurant, also with a playground + a small Emma store. We lacked nothing. We will come back :)

Wonderful stay

It was a fantastic holiday. Croatia is a beautiful country with very nice people. Our relaxation factor is very high. Our hosts were very nice, helpful, and we recommend the house 100%. We have never had such a clean, lovingly furnished house with attention to detail. The house is very spacious, enough space for everyone. The location in a suburb of Pula has the advantage that it is very quiet and central. The hosts live in the house next door, which was never a disturbance.

It was a dream holiday. Croatia is a beautiful country with very nice people. our recreation factor is very high.
Our landlords were very nice, helpful and we recommend the house 100%. We have never had such a clean house, furnished with great attention to detail. The house is very spacious, room for everyone. The location in a suburb of Pula has the advantage that it is very quiet and central. The landlords live in the house next door, which did not bother us at any time.
