Beautiful house with garden, pool and terrace. Located about 250 mts from the beach, with amazing views.

This attractive property is located at the small village of Betlem, about 6 km behind Colonia de Sant Pere, where you can find supermarkets and other businesses.
The house is about 250 mts from the sea, and has lovely views from the sea and the mountains.
The property has two bedrooms one double on suite and other with two singles beds and a play area. It has a large dinning-living room where you can chill out, it has a large dinning table, cozy sofas and TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player and WiFi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all neccesary to spend lovely holidays. Also at the roof you can enjoy an evening bbq with amazing views with the great grill area .
On the outside there are different levels. There is a covered terrace with cozy seating and excelent sea views, a 09 x 04 m pool, another terrace with place to chill with a hammock and on the soft lawns of the landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants are comfortable sun loungers and a table tennis to enjoy quality time and some fun with family and friends.

It's a great house ,to spend a great time with friends and family.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
