Our two Marienhof holiday flats are located near Arnstein Abbey and the Lahn.
Thanks to their central location in the Nassau countryside, the Einrich, the Blaues Ländchen and the Rhine-Lahn district, our holiday flats are the ideal starting point for excursions and activities. With three World Heritage Sites (Middle Rhine Valley, Upper Germanic-Raetian Limes and Great Spas of Europe in Bad Ems), the Rhine-Lahn district has great sights.

The Lahnwanderweg has been voted 3rd most popular long-distance hiking trail in Germany 2015 in the Routes category by the readers of "Wandermagazin" magazine.
Our holiday flat on the upper floor has a size of approx. 54 sqm and offers space for 1 to max. 4 persons. If more space is needed, it is possible to rent both flats together.
The flat is a non-smoking flat. Please smoke only outside the apartment building or on the terrace or in the garden.
The holiday flat is located on the first floor of our holiday home. Our beautiful garden is at your disposal for a relaxing stay. A fireplace, a pergola as well as a separate terrace with barbecue offer you many possibilities for leisure activities.
The flat consists of:
2 bedrooms, 1x with double bed (160x200) and a baby cot, 1x with 2 single beds (90x200).
1 living room with 40 inch SAT-TV, game console and stereo.
1 fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer box, microwave, etc. Dining table with 4 chairs.
1 small bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Hallway with wardrobe and shoe storage.
Internet access (LAN or WLAN) with 60 MBit/s download available!
The holiday flat is equipped with gas central heating and wooden floors. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee by arrangement. Utilities, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. Furthermore, a table tennis table and a dart board are available for leisure activities by arrangement.

Seelbach is located in the municipality of Bad Ems - Nassau, in the Rhine-Lahn district and has three World Heritage Sites right on its doorstep: the Upper Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage Site, the Upper Germanic-Raetian Limes World Heritage Site and, since July 2021, the Great Spas of Europe in the district town of Bad Ems.
Seelbach is a Lahn riparian, the Lahn with the community of Obernhof (Lahn wine is still grown here!) is only 3 km away. In Obernhof there are some nice wine taverns, a pizzeria and an ice cream parlour that invite you to stop in. The Arnstein Monastery, which belongs to the Seelbach district, is definitely worth a visit.
Hiking, canoeing and cycling are great fun in our beautiful area. There is a boat and canoe hire shop directly in Obernhof. The Lahn Valley Cycle and Hiking Trail leads directly past Arnstein Monastery, and the Monastery Trail, built in 2008, leads through Seelbach. The Lahnhöhenweg (Lahn Heights Trail) and the Jakobsweg (Way of St. James) also pass through the Seelbach district.
In the village itself, there are short hiking tours to the Alei and Jakobsruh with a view of Arnstein Monastery, to the Schiller Temple with a view of Goethepunkt and Obernhof, to the Liebesinsel (Island of Love) with a path through the forest and meadows around the "Rück".
Smaller tours can also be undertaken to Bremberg to the ancient Märkerlinde lime tree and to Brunnenburg castle. Other hiking trails include the Lahnhöhenweg, Halfterweg, Dörsbach-Mühlenwanderweg and much more.
You can also enjoy the fields and meadows on a mountain bike.

On the day of arrival, the holiday flat is available to you from approx. 14.00 hrs. We are grateful if you try to arrive by 19.00 hrs.
On the day of departure, please hand over the holiday flat by 10.00 am. Arrivals and departures are possible every day of the week.
Other arrival and departure times require prior arrangement.
For a contactless key handover or outside these times, we provide a key safe per flat.
