The parking space is directly in front of the house or in the carport on the premises. Since 2025, we have had a wallbox for charging e-vehicles in the carport as well as a mobile box for connection in the barn, both with max. 11 kW. Use is gladly available on request.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the holiday apartment is available to you from approx. 2:00 p.m. We appreciate it if you try to arrive by 7:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, please hand over the holiday apartment by 10:00 a.m. Arrivals and departures are possible with us on any day of the week. Other arrival and departure times require prior arrangement.
For contactless key handover or outside these times, we provide a key safe per apartment.

Definitely worth seeing is Arnstein Monastery, which belongs to the district of Seelbach.
Hiking, canoeing, and cycling are a lot of fun in our beautiful area. You can find a boat and canoe rental directly in Obernhof (www.lahnkanus.de). The Lahn Valley cycling and hiking trail passes right by Arnstein Monastery, and the Klosterweg, established in 2008, runs through Seelbach. Additionally, the Lahnhöhenweg and the Way of St. James pass through the district of Seelbach. In the village itself, there are small hiking tours to the Alei and to Jakobsruh with a view of Arnstein Monastery, to the Schiller Temple with a view of the Goethe Point and Obernhof, to the Liebesinsel with a path through forest and fields around the "Rück".
Shorter tours can also be taken to Bremberg to the ancient Märkerlinde and to the Brunnenburg. Further hiking trails are the Klosterweg, the Lahnhöhenweg, the Halfterweg, the Dörsbach Mill Hiking Trail and many more. See also here. You can also get around well in the fields and countryside with a mountain bike.

Koblenz with the Deutsches Eck, Montabaur with the factory outlet center and ICE train station, the Hessian state capital Wiesbaden, and the metropolis Frankfurt can also be reached within an hour. Therefore, boredom never arises.
Some nice larger and smaller folk festivals also take place in the region. For example: the Bartholomäus markets in Bad Ems and Katzenelnbogen in August, the Michelsmarkt in Nassau at the end of September, the Oktoberfest in Nastätten in October. There are also fairs, "Kerb" and local festivals in smaller communities. In addition, car-free Sundays take place in the Gelbachtal in June.
