Villad'Este is surrounded by a quiet garden of about 800 square meters that invites you to relax under the blue sky, immersed in nature. The apartment also has a duly numbered private parking space belonging to the apartment, removing concerns about parking during your stay.
Enjoy moments of pure relaxation on the terrace, ideal for dining outdoors or simply for enjoying a good book and a splendid view of the sea. Deck chairs, chairs, and sun loungers (for use exclusively on the terrace) are available.
A table to be placed on the terrace with 4 chairs is available.
Inside, the atmosphere is made even more welcoming by a fireplace (for decorative purposes only).
Air conditioning ensures the ideal climate comfort in every season. The kitchenette is fully equipped with kitchen units (dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery, standard kitchen equipment), microwave, electric oven, fridge with freezer on top, kettle, and coffee machine, more than enough for the holiday period.
For your entertainment and convenience, the apartment is equipped with a TV, while the washing machine, iron, and hairdryer are ready to meet all your daily needs. Villad'Este is an exclusively non-smoking environment, ensuring a fresh and clean atmosphere for all guests. A smoke detector is installed, by law. Smoking is allowed on the terrace but not inside the apartment to prevent the smoke detector from being triggered.

IMPORTANT:
- BED LINEN, INCLUDING PILLOWCASES, TOWELS, MATTRESS COVERS, KITCHEN TOWELS, ARE NOT PROVIDED, AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST.
Should you need any of the above, the lady we have assigned for the final cleaning can arrange for rental. For the supply and cost, you can make arrangements directly with her.
- For hygienic reasons, if the existing mattress covers are used, the guest must acknowledge the cost of laundering to the Lady who performs the final cleaning, agreeing with her on the cost.
- In the case of stains on the mattresses, the costs for restoration/replacement will be deducted from the deposit (about 20% of the amount of the stay, minimum €200.00 for your first stay). - The cost of the normal final cleaning (€40.00) must be paid by you directly to the Lady who carries out the cleaning, appointed by us.
- KEY DELIVERY:
- They will be brought to you upon your arrival by the same Lady, residing in Juan les Pins, who carries out the final cleaning with whom you will be in contact for any need.
The cost is €15.00 to be paid by you to the same Lady. At the same time, she will give you all the information on the use of the apartment. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to her when she comes for the final cleaning.
If you wish and if time allows, they can be sent by mail (not recommended).
