This modern 2-story villa is located in a small and quiet village, Loborika, 6 km from the center of Pula.
On a large fenced plot of 1100 m2, you can enjoy a small garden with lawns and plants, a heated pool of 95 m2, 140 cm deep, with interior steps, and enjoy in long swimmings and spa ambient of heated water.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation.
The house consists of two floors (300 m2). On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with air conditioning and access to the pool, an open kitchen, 1 bedroom with access to the pool and dressing room, with 1 French bed, shower/toilet, TV, and air conditioning, plus a separate toilet.
The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, with 1 French bed, shower/toilet, and TV, with air conditioning and exit to the terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 French bed, shower/toilet, and TV, and air conditioning. In the spa area on the ground floor, you can enjoy a jacuzzi, an infrared sauna, and massages (for a fee).
The villa is ideal for a vacation with family and friends.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Within 30 days before arrival, a refund of the reservation is possible only if restrictive measures imposed by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to vaccinated persons. The term “measure” is understood to mean that vaccinated persons must also undergo quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. A refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or fewer days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can use exclusively on the Istra Vacation website for future reservations, and no later than 2 years from the date of issue.
