This beautiful building, located 1,006 meters above sea level, offers a perfect retreat with stunning panoramic views of Mayrhofen. The house, part of a charming garden estate, provides direct access to the Zillertal Panorama High Alpine Road, allowing guests to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. In winter, the ski bus stop is right in front of the house, making it easy to access the slopes, while the garden offers a peaceful place to relax and take in the views.

In winter, there are countless activities to enjoy, including skiing, snowboarding, winter hiking, cross-country skiing, snow tubing, and even horse-drawn sleigh rides, ensuring there’s something for everyone. For summer guests, mountain biking and hiking trails start right from the house. You can also cycle along the Zillerpromenade, just 4 km away, or experience the unforgettable 50 km long Zillertal High Road. This panoramic route is one of the largest alpine roads in Austria and takes you to an elevation of 2,020 meters, offering unrivaled views. Whether for winter sports or summer adventures, this property is the ideal base for your Zillertal experience.

The landlady was very nice and helpful, we got a lot of information and she was always available, unfortunately the accommodation was also quite expensive,

We were with family and friends in the house. We had plenty of space with 10 adults and 5 children. The house is clean and very well equipped. We also really liked the sauna. Only the lighting throughout the house could have been brighter. In the double shower bathroom above the two sinks, it was defective (we requested a repair, but unfortunately nothing was done).

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this holiday home – despite its good location. During our stay, the heating did not work properly. The radiators were only lukewarm, and some rooms only had electric wall heaters. The rooms without radiators were particularly cold, causing all guests to freeze significantly, especially at night. The landlord responded very slowly. Only after several inquiries and after five days could the problem finally be resolved together with us. To be able to sleep at all, we had to take extra blankets from the closets. In hindsight, the landlord accused us of having used bedding unlawfully and claimed that the heating had always worked perfectly. The situation escalated: we were yelled at, treated aggressively, and finally evicted from the house. A charger we forgot was literally thrown back at us. The beautiful location of the house and the good beds are positively noteworthy. However, with such a high weekly price and winter temperatures, this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. We would explicitly warn against this landlord.
