A warm welcome to this incredible villa with a fantastic panoramic view of the Hafstensfjord - the sea. Your accommodation is as unique on the outside as it is on the inside. The house is unique and designed by the home owner himself, who really has a sense of interior design and taste. Here you live well with a fantastic view with the fjord as a view. The balcony is a very calming place for pleasant conversations and the first meal in the morning. Once inside, you are greeted by a warm and cozy feeling with stylish decor and style. Everything is site-built and well thought out. In the hall there is space to hang up your clothes. Directly to the left, the bright kitchen opens up. There is plenty of seating here and the large kitchen invites you to delicious meals to enjoy on your holiday. Of course you can see the sea from here and just enjoy. There is a bathroom opposite the kitchen which is bright. In the bathroom there is a wc, sink and shower cubicle. Straight ahead, the large and bright living room opens up. Here, they have worked with a lot of light in with the large windows, which of course have a view of the sea and also the beautiful greenery outside. The stairs up lead you to 3 bedrooms. There is a smaller bedroom directly to the left with a single bed, perfect for children/teenagers. Window to the beautiful garden and with bright interior. The room next door has a sea view and a balcony. Here is a double bed. The room on the right also has a balcony facing the sea and here is another single bed. Straight ahead in the hall is the house's second bathroom with sink, wc and bathtub. To reach the house's last bedroom, by no means the smallest, you take the stairs at the top. Then you come to the house's master bedroom. It's an incredible view in a first class bed. In total, there are 6 beds to offer in this house with the sea as a neighbor. Here you will live well together. The location is perfect for at least a one or two week holiday. This is suitable for families with children who want to be close to sun, swimming and all the beauty that the West Coast has to offer. The plot is slightly hilly and the house is on a slope. There are also 3 stairs in the house. The lower level of the house is private, but you can use the washing machine that is there. There is also an annex on the plot which is also private. With just a 5-minute walk you reach Lanesund's bathing area, where you can enjoy swimming from both the beach and the jetty. It is important to be aware that there is a busy road between the house and the swimming area, so if you have children you should be careful when crossing it. From this fine accommodation, you can easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil or why not visit the Liseberg amusement park in Gothenburg, which is only about 60 minutes away. You can also explore coastal communities such as Smögen, Kungshamn and Fjällbacka, all within easy reach. If you fancy shopping, you can take a trip to Torp Köpcentrum or to Uddevalla centre. Pay a visit to Moose of Anneröd with its fantastic moose park. For those interested in history and culture, a visit to the Bohuslän Museum is recommended. You also have the opportunity to discover the beautiful archipelago islands in the area. There are several archipelago boats that stop at picturesque resorts that are definitely worth a visit.
