Welcome to a wonderful panoramic view of the Hafstensfjord in this charming and very pleasant house which is surrounded by small houses and summer cabins with the sea just below. The area is quiet and perfect for you who are a family with children who want to be close to sun, swimming and all the pearls of the west coast. The large house is homely and bright. The house includes 2 guest cottages, which means that you can stay a total of 8 people. The entrance is on the side of the house and you come straight into a lovely living room. The room is spacious with high ceilings and a dining area for at least 6 people. The living room and dining area have an open, pleasant floor plan. Here there are comfortable sofas and armchairs with a TV corner. A small staircase leads you to the kitchen, which has everything you could need. Here, too, there is seating for 6 people. The hall down leads to the bathroom on the left. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower cabin, wc and sink. Straight ahead is the house's one bedroom. It is a very nice bedroom with a double bed. Via a small landing you get to the room below with another 2-3 beds. Here there is a bunk bed with a 90 cm upper part and a 120 cm wide lower part. From this bedroom there is a door to the balcony with the beautiful sea view. Outside the house there are small lampposts and lead you to two guest cabins. Both cabins have fridges and kettles. One cabin has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both guest houses have wonderful views. The cottage is located on sloping and hilly land that gives you this incredible view. The balcony of the main house invites you to lovely evenings and dinners. Between the house and your swimming area with a jetty to the sea, there is a busy road that you should pay attention to if you have children. Parking is just below the road or if you go behind the house when everything has to be packed. From the cabin, you can easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil or why not Liseberg in Gothenburg, which is only about 60 minutes from here. You can easily reach the coastal communities such as Smögen, Kungshamn or Fjällbacka from the cabin. Take a shopping day at Torp Köpcentrum, Moose of Anneröd with its fantastic moose park or a visit to Bohusläns Museum. Beautiful Archipelago boats stop at several places with picturesque places to visit that are well worth a visit.
