A warm welcome to the beautiful fishing village of Greetsiel – the East Frisians say: Moin!

Discover your “favorite spot right by the Siel”.

In the new development area “Greetsieler Grachten II”, just a few steps from the town center and harbor, the two high-quality semi-detached houses “Grachtenpanorama I and II” are located on a waterfront property directly on the Greetsieler Sieltief. Each of the two semi-detached houses furnished in a modern style has its own garden directly on the canal and its own boat dock.

Our holiday home "Grachtenpanorama I" is ideal for family and couple vacations. It is quietly yet centrally located. The quaint harbor and the cozy alleys with shopping opportunities and numerous restaurants can be reached on foot in just a few minutes (approx. 500m). A shopping facility / full-range supermarket with a bakery can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

The holiday home was completed in summer 2025 and furnished and equipped to a high standard and with tasteful attention to detail. It features a spacious – approx. 40 sqm – and light-flooded living area with adjoining kitchen and a beautiful dining area. Here, even in bad weather, you can spend cozy hours with the whole family. From the entire living/dining area you have a fantastic view of the greenery and the water – pure relaxation! From here you can access the large, furnished sun terrace (south-west facing) or the private jetty, where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening with a delicious glass of wine.

The kitchen is comfortably equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, a large refrigerator (incl. Freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric kettle and coffee machine etc.

Further technical comfort for the whole family is provided by the 55" smart TV. The entire holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating.

The many floor-to-ceiling windows (with pleated blinds), both on the ground floor and the upper floor, ensure a friendly, light-filled and relaxing atmosphere.
Electric shutters and fly screens offer you additional comfort. In addition to the spacious hallway, the house has a second WC on the ground floor.

The two generous bedrooms are located on the upper floor and offer space for up to five people. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed and each has a large sliding-door wardrobe with ample storage space. They are large enough to accommodate a baby cot as well. One bedroom offers a comfortable and cozy sofa bed (recamier) as a fifth sleeping place, guaranteeing restful sleep.

In the modern, also light-flooded bathroom with towel radiator, you will find the walk-in shower.

Overall, this high-quality equipped holiday home leaves nothing to be desired and offers you everything for a restful and relaxing vacation.

A parking space for a car is located directly at the house, as well as a lockable room for bicycles incl. Charging station for your e-bikes.
Optionally, you can book a laundry package for €17 per person, which includes bed linen, towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel.

Discover the special flair of this enchanting place. The picturesque old town offers a variety of shopping and dining facilities, the 600-year-old fishing harbor with its impressive shrimp cutters, and the famous Greetsiel twin windmills.

In the Leyhörn nature reserve, there is a very idyllic lake that invites you to bathe.

The East Frisian Islands are practically on the doorstep. From Emden and Norddeich (20 km away), ferries sail to, among others, Langeoog and Norderney. to Borkum, Juist, and Norderney. In summer, excursion boats depart directly from the harbor in Greetsiel.
