The holiday house Carla can accommodate 2-4 people and is spread over a 125m2 area, across two floors.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious living room with access to a terrace with seating and a garden, which also has seating, a grill, a bench, and sun loungers, as well as a bathroom with a shower/toilet.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/toilet. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned with a double bed and access to a balcony with a sofa and seating arrangement, and one with a French bed, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet in the hallway.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available and included in the price.
The owner lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and yard are available exclusively for guests.
Pets are welcome.
Youth groups are not allowed.

Holiday home Carla is located in the quiet neighborhood of Cimizin, just 10 minutes on foot from Pical Beach and about 900m from the old town of Porec. The house was renovated in 2023 and is situated on its own 250m2 property with a beautiful garden.
There is a private parking in front of the house and the garden with a grill, sun loungers, and garden furniture is available for exclusive use.
