The family house was built in 1983 and offers two apartments, one for two and one for 4 people. Both apartments were renovated in 2013. , The house is located next to a pine forest and has a beautiful garden with barbecue Wall Surround, garden furniture and loungers. Little children and small slide are also available.
The Apartment Sabina B4 for 4 people located in the height ground floor of the house and consists of living room with fully equipped kitchen and exit to the covered terrace with garden furniture, bedroom with double bed and balcony, a bedroom with two beds and bathroom with tub / toilet. Air conditioning and WiFi Internet access are complimentary.

Apartments Sabina are located in a quiet location, a 15-minute walk from Porec Old Town and the nearest beach. The nearest restaurant and several Shopping Malls such as Lidl, Kaufland or Plodine are also within walking distance. The house is located next to a pine forest. Porec, formerly a Roman colony, is an outstanding example of a city that has a Romanesque architecture developed with beautiful Venetian Gothic palaces and whose orthogonal urban street structure still exists today! During the reign of Byzantine Emperor Justinian Poreč reached its peak. Evidence of the Basilica Euphrasius, a cultural and historical monument, which leaves nobody untouched. .
