The exteriors of the house have been designed to be able to admire the amazing views while you swim in the water salt pool -which measures 11 x 4 meters and has a depth between 1 and 1.90 meters-, relax in its integrated Jacuzzi -only cold water-, sunbathe on the 6 sun loungers or on the Balinese bed, or enjoy a delicious barbecue at the porch. The large garden is also perfect for children to play. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The interior combines a modern and comfy style with more traditional architectural elements such as the stone walls. All the rooms are on the main floor, being the great living-dining room-kitchen the protagonist og the house. Here you can watch satellite TV, cook on the ceramic hob and have lunch together while still enjoying the views. The house offers 4 bedrooms with AC -2 with a double bed and the other 2 with twin beds-. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also another bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finally, a cot and a highchair are available if you travel with your baby, as well as 4 fans. And there are screen roller blinds to protect from the sun beams.

Ariany is a small town in the centre of Mallorca with the basic services for your stay on the island. Its central location will allow you to easily explore the island: the Sierra de Tramuntana to the west, the beaches of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro to the north, the beaches of the east or the capital, Palma, to the south. You can also visit other nearby inland towns such as Petra or Sineu.

Quick stop for a couple of nights. The BBQ area was definitely a highlight, plus we enjoyed cooking up some good meals.

The finca is newly furnished, offers many large bedrooms and a huge common area, Whether at the dining table, on the sofa, in the gallery, by the pool or outside in the lounge - there are enough relaxation areas, all of which are very well maintained and clean, The kitchen is well stocked, so cooking is easy, There is a large fridge and a freezer, We particularly liked the underground parking for the rental cars (space for 3), The pool is also great, clean and invites you to spend many pleasant hours of relaxation, The house is wonderful,

Our host was incredibly friendly, always ready to help us when needed and answer our questions quickly! He was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything about the house,,, what an incredible house!! A spectacular view of the valley, ideal for beautiful sunsets and beautiful starry nights, in total calm, The swimming pool, large and with an integrated jacuzzi, was fantastic! There were 7 of us (one adult and 6 teenagers) and it was incredible! The wifi works perfectly, the air conditioning is in the bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you need, The house also has a television with many programs, There is also a large garage where 3 cars can be parked, Miquel came to clean the pool during our outings so as not to disturb us and came to say goodbye to us on the last day, Thank you again for everything!!! Count 45 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes to Alcudia, 30 minutes to Cala Bona and almost 1 hour to Valdemossa,
