Surrounded by pure nature and greenery, the exterior area of this house invites to rest. You can recharge your body and mind every morning with a delicious breakfast and then spend the morning basking in the sun on the 8 sun loungers and swimming in the private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.9 to 1.9 metres. Then, the porch becomes the perfect place to enjoy a succulent barbecue. You will also find a bathroom with a shower outside. The property is fenced and there is total privacy.
The two-storey house meets you in a rustic dining area. Then, you find the kitchen that features a ceramic hob, all needed utensils to cook and exit to the outside. You also find a bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms with twin beds. The stairs feature baby safety barriers. On the first floor, you have the living room -where you can watch the TV (satellite channels and Smart TV) or listen to some music-, another bathroom with a tub and two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. There is a closet in each bedroom as well as an AC unit. Finally, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, 2 fans, a baby cot and a high-chair complete the equipment.
The location of this house is perfect if you love the countryside, the nature, the peace and the sea at the same time, since this is located just 6 km from the town of Alcudia and 6 km from Puerto de Alcudia. The coastal area offers all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. Alcanada, about 10.2 km away, boasts one of the best golf courses in the island. We visited the finca with 7 friends, Everything was perfect, Excellent location, excellent facilities and cleanliness! A well-kept lawn and a wonderful pool, We highly recommend the finca, A cat and her kitten have chosen the finca as a feeding place, The cat is very trusting and nice and did not bother us at all, We would come back anytime,

wonderful finca, ideal for family holidays (also with baby), host Pedro made sure that everything worked, even additional wishes, nice barbecue area and large table to sit together,

The location is excellent, right in the middle between Alcudia and Pollenca, The garden is wonderful and very well maintained, The pool is clean and well maintained, Overall it is a beautiful house with a covered terrace that overlooks the pool,

A very child-friendly accommodation, There is even a stair safety device for small children at the bottom and top of the stairs, The hostess was very nice and gave us tips, She even brought us blankets when it got a bit cooler, A very charming house and a beautiful garden with a pool, surrounded by nothing, You only hear the street occasionally, but rather donkeys and other animals, Thank you for the great time,

Very beautiful Mediterranean finca! The rooms and bathrooms are well laid out! The house is spacious and the garden is well maintained, with a large, clean pool! The property is very well maintained and the location is perfect. In about 10 minutes you are in Alcúdia and on the beach! The process was easy and friendly, our family felt very comfortable!
