Can you imagine anything more wonderful than enjoying the good weather and the sun next to the blue waters that stretch all around you? On the terrace of this majestic house you have 10 sun loungers surrounding the chlorine pool, measuring 6x3 metres and with a depth of 1.50 metres, inviting you to relax while having the sensation of sailing on the sea. A large glass balustrade offers unobstructed and breathtaking views of the immense sea and the horizon. Then there are two fabulous porches, one on each floor of this large house, ideal for a nice lunch or dinner after a game of ping-pong. A mobile barbecue is at your disposal. But best of all, the house has direct access to the rocky beach, so you can swim at any time you wish, crossing in just two steps. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt.
Accessing the house from the street, we find the main floor where you will find the common areas such as a large living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, a large glass table with chairs, two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. With a fresh, renovated style and a beautiful decorative fireplace that adds a lot of character, this space leads you to the kitchen, very spacious, with ceramic hob and a table with chairs if you prefer to eat here. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a toilet and two bedrooms with double bed, en-suite bathroom (one with bath and one with shower), and direct access to the terrace. In one of them, we can even prepare a cot and a highchair for a baby. On the other floor, we have a large dining room with a huge, long table with benches for a good banquet, along with a bathroom with shower and three other bedrooms with two single beds, two of them with access to the terrace. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. And to complete the equipment, throughout the house there are up to 14 radiators and oil central heating.
Alcanada is an urbanization that radiates tranquillity and a family atmosphere, as it is mainly inhabited in summer and by local people. This makes it the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. In Alcanada there is a small grocery shop and a restaurant. Its beach is very special because of its rocks, stones and its mythical lighthouse, inviting you to take a nice walk. If you are golf lovers, here you will find one of the best golf courses in Mallorca, the Golf Alcanada club, which has 18 holes. We recommend you to go out and visit other places and beaches such as the Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de la Victoria, the old town of Alcúdia and the paradisiacal sandy beach of Puerto de Alcúdia.
