The apartment has a furnished terrace overlooking the sea.

This 73 m2 apartment, located on the second floor with lift, has three bedrooms (one twin, one double and one with a bunk bed). The apartment has two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one with shower and one with bath. The welcoming living-dining room has a sofa, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen, with glass-ceramic hob, is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

It is located in central location near the L’Ampolla beach, one of the most popular and exclusive sandy beaches, neither very extensive nor crowded. This area offers all possible amenities such as bars, restaurants, shops, etc. You can practise water sports, including snorkelling, diving, fishing, etc. The property is near the castle of Moraira (rather a castle tower). The cove of Portitxolet is just 2 km away, one of the best known coves in the area, perfect for enjoying the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean. The cove of Andrago 2 km south is great for diving and discovering the beauties of the deep sea.

The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the beach and the castle, You could see a bit of the sea from the terrace, The apartment was well ventilated and had a huge terrace, The owner was very friendly and the apartment had everything you needed, even beach games and items, They allowed us to check out later to enjoy the beach more, which we really appreciated,
