Description
This detached villa with air conditioning is located in the quiet residential area of Moravit in Moraira, in a lovely green setting, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The idyllic house is modernly furnished and has a beautiful pool area where sun loungers invite you to relax. A cosy, covered lounge has been set up right next to the pool terrace.
Six sun loungers invite you to relax at the 4 x 8 metre private pool. An awning and the palm tree also offer nice spots in the shade. You can enjoy your sunbathing here in wonderful peace and quiet. The pool is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access. An outdoor shower is available for cooling off in between. A covered seating area with barbecue invites you to cosy barbecue evenings by the pool.
The villa is located in the middle of a very well-kept garden with Mediterranean plants, most of which is hidden from view. On the covered terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, your holiday day will certainly start with a relaxing breakfast. At various places in the garden, idyllic sitting areas invite you to linger. The property has a size of 850 sqm and is completely fenced. There is a shady carport for your car. You are also welcome to bring a small dog. You will find plenty of space on the large plot, the spacious villa itself covers a total area of approx. 175 sqm.
The covered house terrace with seating in the shade as well as a sunny terrace area offers a beautiful view into the garden.
The villa has been completely renovated and offers an idyllic home where you will feel completely at home during your holiday. Through the main entrance, you enter through a hallway to the pool terrace and the adjoining rooms. On the covered part of the terrace, windproof awnings can be lowered in bad weather, so that it can also be used all year round.
Air conditioning is available in the living room, all bedrooms and the kitchen. The use is billed for consumption on site. (there is a separate electricity meter for the air conditioners)
The living room with a view of the pool and exit to the terrace is equipped with a SAT-TV, I-pod station and free WLAN - internet connection.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, gas hob and electric oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Cooking utensils and crockery are extensively provided. A washing machine room with ironing board and iron is ready for you. The house is perfectly equipped for six people. All rooms of the house are on one level. There is also a heating system for the cooler seasons. In the bedrooms, fans and fly screens on the windows ensure a restful sleep.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the third has two single beds. Two bathrooms are available, one with a bath, shower and toilet and one with a shower and toilet.
The nearest supermarket is about 900 m away. The nearest bathing bay can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (with restaurants and bars - during the day and in the evening). A small shopping centre and various restaurants and bars are about 1.5 km away. The beach of Moraira can be reached in 25 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by car. The beach of Calpe is about 5 km away and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
