This holiday home, built in typical Zeeland style, was extended in 2023 with a beautiful conservatory on the ground floor. A wonderful extension to the house that you are sure to enjoy. Start the day here with a delicious breakfast at the dining table or cosy up on the comfortable sofa with a good book in the evening. On warm summer days, you can open the French doors and experience outdoor living at its best from this cosy space.
The living room is romantically decorated with some antique furniture and bookshelves with Zeeland books. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped.
The sleeping area with a double bed is located in the loft, which you can reach via the stairs in the living room. Please note that this is a steep staircase!
Of course, there is also a beautiful and modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The cottage is optimally insulated, has central heating, underfloor heating and a cosy gas fireplace.
The Scalde Oort 36 holiday home is privately situated on a spacious plot of more than 300 m2, facing south/south-west and surrounded by high hedges. The garden is fully fenced. Very practical if you bring your four-legged friend with you. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome.
There is a private parking space for one car.
"De Zwaluw" is an ideal place for a quiet holiday for one or two people.
