This charming accommodation features a cozy bedroom with a bathroom/toilet in the basement and 1 balcony room with a new modern sofa bed 1.40 m x 2 m.

Enjoy the fresh air on the inviting balcony or relax in the lovingly maintained garden. Your own parking space ensures a stress-free arrival and the in-house sauna offers perfect relaxation after an eventful day. The kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a pleasure.

Beautiful and clean accommodation

The vacation apartment is very clean and well-equipped, the beds were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms with showers were an advantage! We also found the proximity to Wilhelmstraße and the pier great! The only small downside is that from the balcony you look out onto a construction site, but no one can do anything about that!

We have been renting out our vacation apartment for 24 years and have always had nice and tidy guests. The particularly beautiful location on the high banks of Sellin, 100 m from the Baltic Sea with its pier, the beautiful beech forest, and the city continuously delights our guests.
