The beach and the dog beach with agility area, the harbour and the family centre Nessmersiel Sturmfrei with wellness oasis are within walking distance. Nessmersiel is also known as the "Mecca of mudflat hikers" because most of the mudflat hikes to the East Frisian North Sea islands of Norderney and Baltrum and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site start from here.

Open-plan living and dining area with cosy sofa set and flat-screen TV, dining area with seating, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, four-ring electric hob with oven and all necessary electrical appliances.
From here access to the terrace with garden furniture and fully fenced garden.

The holiday home is located in the modern holiday home development behind the dyke at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The beach, dog beach, agility park and harbour as well as the Sturmfrei leisure centre are all within easy walking distance.
Neß mersiel is also known as the Mecca of mudflat walkers and is a state-recognised seaside resort that belongs to the Do rnum district. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.
There is an approx. 25,000 m² bathing beach with beach chairs and play equipment.
For guests with dogs, there is a specially designated dog beach with a large dog playground as a "fun agility park".
